Sits and fit perfectly on the door post, very strong, holds safely an adult's body, very easy to assemble, worth the money.

I bought this bar to hang in order to stretch out my shoulders and it works great.

it comes unassembled. and you will have to assemble it. inside there is everything necessary for assembly and you do not have to look for the keys you need for assembly. hangs on the door perfectly. 4 people train every day. if you know how to train on it a very useful horizontal bar. but if you are tall it is not for you.

Couldn't get the bolt to go through 6 freakin holes. It would get stuck on the last hole. and to make it worse the base of the screw is a square so even if you get it through the holes you have to get a wrench and twist it to align correctly at the base of if the screw went in not line up. I have put a chin up bar together before and not had such issues before. Something was off about this one. Works ok. Not the best positioning for handles. The middle handles are too close together for a chin up and i'm a girl. It will work just not ideal positioning. If you do go with this i recommend putting the long horozontal hamdlebar on the narrowest setting otherwise the pull up handles may be against the door frame, making it unusable.

My grandson got this at Christmas and he had so much fun lifting and chinning himself. For over an hour that’s all he did.

I’m 200 lbs and I don’t trust this at all to hold my weight for long

Was missing half the parts upon arrival so I sent it back, but in handling the pieces provided it felt cheap and the foam was dry and rough

It works really well for a woman under 120lbs. It doesn't damage the walls or anything. It feels sturdy and safe to use.

I got exactly what I paid for! The bar is very sturdy, can support me (5’11 & 190lbs). it’s very compact to store away, which is great when living in a downtown condo-style apartment. It perches very well on my bedroom door and is very stable. No neutral grip option, but that’s okay since it advertises as not being available. I got the additional resistance band, so that’s great (some reviews were saying they didn’t get theirs).Overall, I’ve been having some great workouts with this and I am very happy with the purchase.

After a few weeks of use I'm happy with this bar. I've had a few in the past and this one is sturdy. I'm 215lb and it hold well. Only get it if the casing on your door is flat - if it's fancy and grooved or not strong don't get this type of bar. Only complaint is the grip is totally straight (which I knew when buying); having some slight curves would be easier on the wrist, but I would take this over the super curvy ones that are less well made. It also folds up really well to put away when not in use. Mine came with the grey band which is also pretty useful and well made.

I'm a 6'3" and 240 lbs male. It's a good enough product but I couldn't make use of it. I tried to use it but my knees basically touched the ground if I straightened my arms all the way. I could hang from it but not much else honestly. Also it didn't fit on some of the doors at my place, reducing the pros for me even further. I can say though, I hung from it for quite a while and seems to hold quite well, without damaging the door frame at all.My girlfriend (5'3") loved the way it worked, so at that height and presumably a little higher, it would definitely be a worthwhile purchase.I've returned it as at my height it does not work well.

Set up was fairly quick and easy, husband and I are both happy with it. It’s really nice that the top bar is higher than the last bar we had (no more bending knees!). You likely won’t be able to close the door wherever you put it, but seems like it won’t be too obnoxious to take down when needed.Feels sturdier than expected and will update if anything goes horribly wrong. :)
