What a bargain, and it installs intuitively just as described by other reviewers. The bar expands easily by twisting the two ends and then attaches very firmly to the door frame (metal in this case) by turning the center bar. The two neoprene (?) end caps hold the bar ends firmly to the door frame without slipping when an adult hangs from the bar. A final mini-turn or two of the center bar ensures a really tight fit. Nicely designed and machined -- very pleased, especially after reading some negative reviews.

The photo in description shows Maximum 39.37" (L). The box shows 24.5"-39.37" (L) on two sides AND on the third side, "Adjustable from 65cm to 100cm (24"-39.7")". BUT.... This does not expand to a 34" door. Measure your door carefully before purchasing. As another reviewer posted, the bar does not come with the metal mounting bracket shown in the photos, but with a heavy plastic disc - which seems sturdy enough. Note, the small disc doesn't seem to fit in the large disc opening, but it may well fit after screwing to door frame. I didn't get that far, because the bar was too short. The bar seems to be of good heavy-weight steel. No directions were included.

De fácil instalación se sujeta bastante bien hasta ahora aún sin taladrar la pared, con el puro mecanismo de tensión con roscado, a demostrado soportar bien mis 70kgs aunque hago las repeticiones con precaución pues no me confÃo del todo por obvias razones me da cierto temor se zafe. Hay que tener cuidado cuando se use el agarre prono o supino pues de ellos depende mucho la sujeción correcta de la barra.

Even without the screw, it holds in place but careful if you have an old frame, they paint may come off when you will remove the bar as the rubber is sticky (that's a good thing).

No screws or screwing bracket were included. Just garbage and more poor quality CRAP!!!! Total rip off, buy from somewhere else.
