The Picatinny rail section installs directly to the factory mounting holes in the Savage rifle via the included set screws. The rail sections are compatible with both Picatinny and Weaver based rings and optics. 7 inches or 16 rail slots in length, the rail allows for flexible placement of your optic for optimum eye relief and cheek weld.

Fits like it was molded. Much cheaper than anywhere locally to me. Very well built. The design is simple yet functional. Worked exactly what I needed for.

It fits the rifle perfectly. The screws shipped with it were incorrect, but I contacted their customer service and the proper parts were sent out at no cost. A great part and great service. If there were more stars to give I would.

Well designed, very sturdy. HOWEVER, will not fit for Savage 110 Trail Hunter, the flat back raises the front of the rail about 1/4" too high, will not actually fit. Otherwise, fast shipping and great packaging. A little bummed, but thats the gamble right?

My picatinny rail came with the wrong size screws, I really didn't expect much help but I sent a message to Monstrum even though the issue was with Amazon as they did not specify there are two screw size options. The rail quality is very good so I decided to keep it and just find screws that would fit. Today to my surprise, I received a full set of screws of both sizes from Monstrum to make sure I had the correct set. This was not expected but what a response to a new customers. Well done Monstrum!
