Price is better than Ridgid. Only problem is the pins to hold it together. I had to change mine to 1/4†bolts with lock nuts. Holds pipe tight and works like a champ. Very happy with mine.

Nothing wrong with product especially at a fraction of the price. Installation is straight forward and to address the whining about the center tray not folding...simply loosen the set screw on the orange collar to adjust height. Done

The pipe vise was well represented and works as expected. We will be using it to install some 3/4" gas pipe for an outdoor kitchen.

As of the reviewers have stated, this item does not come with instructions on how to assemble. Look at the photos provided by Amazon is a good guide on how to put it together. Also somebody else mentioned I replaced the pins for the legs with actual bolts and I'm much more satisfied with the results.

First no instructions on setup had to refer to the Amazon photo for the base setup. The clips that hold the pins in the legs are nearly impossible to get off lost one and bent the other in my attempt to remove them. First time using it on a 4in piece of pipe trying to remove a fitting the spot at the top that holds the leg in place cracked and broke. It's still useable but the vice itself now has a wobble

This product was delivered a week ahead of the scheduled delivery date, which was fantasic. Product is well built and durable and worked flawlessly right out of the box. The only negative is there were no instructions on how to assemble. Luckly it is not overtly complicated and easy to figure out. overall great tristand, less expensive that a rigid but just as good in quality. Worth every penny paid for i paid for it

recieved package and was not assembled... I had no assembly instructions and had to wing it😳. I hope it doesn't break or cause any injuries to me or my employees when we use it cause that would suck😳.. therefore it receives 1 🌟 until the job gets done ✔ï¸. I feel the employees safety is at risk since it was put together with nothing but hope since no instructions were provided.

I got this Tripod pipe vice last week, I got to assemble it yesterday but for some reason the tray under it doesn’t open up they way it supposed to! I so I can’t really use the tray.

The middle portion does not line up properly, hence wedging it in an upwards fashion. It is not fabricated accurately.
