Glad to buy this OEM version instead of off-brand. Learned my lesson the hard way and wasted money on an off-brand that did not last a few months. This Motorcraft one fits perfectly with no issues. Passed the blow test and no air passed through compared to my bad one where there was an audible noise with air blowing out.Installed in less than 10 minutes along with Youtube video guides. Auto shop places were quoting around 150 for replacing it and that was ridiculous since it's easy to do and the parts are cheap. My Ford Explorer XLT 2013 couldn't be happier.

Works on 2013 Ford Edge Limit 3.5 engine .. Got the check in light code for the O2 sensors read up and stated that its most likely this part. I pulled off the old part and was able to blow through it and that indicates its bad.. Got the new one and wasnt able to blow through it. Install took 20 minutes.. No more check engine light.. Fyi to remove the old one. remove the electric clip and then the 2 back bolts this will allow you to get to the push in clip to release the hose. Once i did that it came right off. If I would have done this first i would have been a 5 min install.

My ford explorer wouldn't start everytime that I would fill it up with gas and the check engine light turned on. The mechanic used the scanner and stated it was a bigger issue and it was going to be expensive. Luckily after doing some research on Google, YouTube and tik tok I found the problem. This part solved my issues, it literally took 10 minutes to change the part and I went to pump gas right away and it started up without a problem. Also this piece got here 3 days earlier than it stated. Great piece amazing timing and works great!!

I replaced my purge valve twice with chain store cheap after market brand. The cheap after market part was loud and chattering. Returned that and replaced it. The replacement leaked. Finally bough this on Amazon for same price and this one works great. So lesson learned, the cheap aftermarket parts at the chain stores are overpriced and not worth it.

It's Motorcraft OEM part and it works. It's easy to install. Because it's from Ford. it's durability it is value for your money and also don't buy the cheap ones because they break easily.

Installed new purge valve just for maintance precaution, couple weeks later started with idle surge and stalling, replaced with old valve all is good, I think this valve is faulty.
