Before Frist Use:

  • Wash the pan with warm soapy water
  • Sprinkle the pan with oil
  • Use a sponge to distribute it evenly
  • Heat the pan on the stove for about 3 minutes, during this time the oil will be absorbed (Be careful not to ignite )
  • Clean the pan with kitchen paper to remove excess oil

Easy to Clean & Save Time

The crepe pan for the stovetop is easy to clean, helping you save time and water while giving you more quality time with your family. Simply wipe it down with a sponge or paper towel using warm soapy water (recommend hand wash).

  • 2 cups masa harina (corn flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water

  1. Mix Ingredients:In a large bowl, mix the masa harina and salt until well combined.
  2. Add Water:Gradually add the warm water, stirring with your hand or a wooden spoon until a dough begins to form. The dough should be soft and not sticky. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water; if it’s too wet, add a bit more masa harina.
  3. Knead the Dough:Place the dough on a clean surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the Dough:Divide the dough into 8-12 small balls (depending on the size of the tortillas you want).
  5. Roll Out the Tortillas:Place each ball between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap, and use a rolling pin to flatten them into thin discs (about 1/8 inch thick).
  6. Heat the Skillet:Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat. No oil is needed.
  7. Cook the Tortillas:Place the rolled-out tortilla in the hot skillet, cooking for about 30 seconds on each side until brown spots appear. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  8. Keep Warm:Place the cooked tortillas in a clean towel and wrap them to keep warm and soft.
  9. Enjoy:Use the tortillas for a variety of dishes like wraps, tacos, or as a side.

  • You can add a little vegetable oil to the dough for extra softness.

The pan before I was using was nice but when I wash it in dishwasher, some black color was coming out of it, but this is very nice, it is non stick, its very easy to maintain. Its dishwasher safe too.

As an experienced crepes maker, who has struggled to find good pans, I strongly recommend this one. It is sturdy, providing leveled heating across the entire surface, the cooking is quick and the size of the crepes is just right.

I’ve had a crepe pan before…however this one is a ten. That large disc on the bottom distributes the heat perfectly. Allowing every crepe to look the same. The size is perfect not too large not too small. The nonstick is just powerful enough to not allow any stickage . It’s a well built pan made to withstand 700° temperature.

I got a small one for the purpose of preparing two egg omelets ( got 2 small spatulas as well ). I liked that it is shallow and flat. Evenly cooked omelets that flip easily. I have since used it to grill sourdough bread, ham and cheese sandwich's. I also fry eggs, grill vegetables, scramble eggs etc. Even heat. Fast heat. Easy clean. Love it. My go to skillet now.

Pros: Beautiful pan. Well made and non- stick did its job. Edge low enough to contain an omlet or crepe. Just wipe cleanCon: Even though had heat on med-low, pan warped sending any fluid to outside edge and caused pan to rattle on my induction burner.
