Do not buy this item it doesn’t work the temperature is really low not enough to melt the chocolate or candy melts. Super unsatisfied

First, this works much better than I expected. I have only used it with chocolate chips, but after about 10 minutes they melted and we were dipping strawberries. Clean up is a piece of cake.I really like the small size too. It makes it easily portable.My one gripe with this product is that it does not come with any instructions. Sure, you turn it on to melt and there is a warm setting. I should not have to come to an Amazon listing to see that the warm setting prevents the item that was melted from hardening. A small sheet of paper explaining this would be great and something saying how long to expect something to melt.

I got this as a treat for us to do fondue nights and I put chocolate in it and let it sit well being. Completely disappointed. The chocolate barely melted so my advice put it on the stove first. Let it heat up and melt then go ahead and put it back in the container on high and hopefully it'll keep it warm enough to keep the chocolate melted
