I like how the points are designed. Allows me to easily mark hole positions for mounting dry erase boards, pictures and other items where the hole is too deep for a pencil to work . I have several of these that I use daily during course of my work. The only downside for this item is the point is a little too soft it wears down easily. I do a lot of markings on cement wall.

I do a lot of steel fabrication and my marking pencils/pens have a tendency to grow legs and walk away.:-) So I bought these as what I hoped would be an inexpensive alternative to more expensive pens. The problem is, the colors don't show up. On rusty metal and mill scale metal, it is difficult to see the marks. On the other hand, they work well when marking on wood (if you don't need a precise line). My wife likes them just to write notes on paper.

Killer pens for penning pen marks on things with a pen. The nibs are pretty sturdy and I haven't had one fuzz put or flatten. I dont have a light hand so that's a feat. Nice sharp lines and the extended nib makes them really nice to use in a lot of situations where a regular sharpie would suck. I dont use regular barrel sharpies any more as a result.

We build custom assemblies and these are perfect for marking drill points for devices with thick basis before we drill and tap for mounting. Durable marking for surfaces like Lexan and stainless steel but easy to remove with alcohol and won't stain powder coat like a fine-tipped sharpie can (when heated from drilling). Better than a punch as you can easily change a layout without damage. Very handy!
