It's amazing how hard it is to find just an endpin. Although I've never lost one before, they fall out all the time so you'd think they'd be a pretty common item; but apparently not. So it was nice to find this set after sorting through page after page of bridge pins. Given that it took me 30 years to lose one I don't know if I'll ever need the other four but it's nice to know they're there. At first I wasn't sure if the black would look right since my bridge pins and saddles are white, but you don't even notice it off there to the side.

I bought these as my used Martin didn’t come with end pins for using a strap. These were a great (and cheap) option. Also you get a few extras for the future.

They are okay. Doesn't really look like real ebony, but the price is right and it beats the hell out of the nylon crap you see on a lot on newer guitars.

It would be helpful if those selling these pins would throw a caliper on them to state measurements of the actual shaft. The pin hole in my Alvarez measures 8mm in width and these are too small. They seem to be just shy of 8mm at the thickest point of the shaft. On the plus side, they appear to be wood, as listed, and not plastic...if that matters to you. Not sure if it is real ebony.

Peg is too small. Fit is loose in my Sigma by Martin acoustic guitar.

Nicely made end pins, a perfect fit for my Martin.
