I have a throttle body fuel injection system and it was having trouble with RFI. I wrapped all the wiring with this tape and it reduced my RFI interference.

Exactly as described. Wrapped this around my computer speaker wire fixed the static noise problem.

The tape is narrow but does what it's supposed to do.

Great tape! It blocked my RFID signal. Would recommend.

My DMM shows a dead short between the leads when placed a couple of inches apart on the tape. It is very sticky, but it takes a bit to get the backing peeled away. I'm not sure what would happen if it was used in a small purse to shield credit cards and the purse got washed. It does stick to itself well enough, but can easily be ripped by hand. It should probably be stitched down if used on other fabric, or applied to a plastic or card stock liner. While thinner, it behaves very much like masking tape as the name suggests.

Not sure if I did it wrong. I taped a 5x4 square on top of my ceiling light outlet but the EMF reading remained the same when I put the meter underneath and pointed to it.Maybe it's for RFID only. But did not work for EMF from electrical wiring. I have the old electrical wiring in that part of the house
