Out of the 5 pack, there were a couple really decent grains, the other 3 were okay.. Good for practicing your carving skills, or to install on a cheap cello. I’m no Luthier, but I was able to carve and adjust an almost perfect bridge out of one of the better grained bridges I received out of the pack.Be advised, that you must work these bridges to fit your instrument, if you don’t have basic wood working skills, files, blades, tools, then this isn’t for you. You will never find a generic bridge that will fit your cello, as each cello is made slightly different. Go to a luthier and get it done. You’re better off and you’ll get a better result.

This cello bridge exceeded my expectations. It’s much better than the one that came with my instrument, which broke during the string adjustment process. When I ordered this set, I made sure to avoid that problem, and the wait was totally worth it.Although it requires meticulous sanding, I believe the effort is well worth it. It’s essential to trace before starting, as the cello bridge is usually irregular, and this model, being a standard size, allows for custom adjustments. The edges need to be curved, but with sandpaper and a serrated knife, the process is manageable. Overall, a high-quality product for those looking for a adjustable option.

My child plays a 4/4 cello and we bought these to be replacements. They are for BASS. They are not for cello. The quality is fine, I think, but don't expect it to fit a cello.

If you don't know how to shape and fit a bridge don't get these.

Quality bridges at an unbeatable price. Really precise cuts that look clean. The wood appears to be dense, free of imperfections, and of good quality. You’ll definitely need to trim the profile & legs to match your specific fingerboard height, but anyone buying bridges already knows that.
