Choose your favorite gems and turn them into jewelry with the included necklace, key chain, ring, and two clip-on earring fastenings inside.

And don't forget about GemFoam, our exclusive new way to add dazzling shine to your polished rocks! Use GemFoam just like tumbling grit, simply add it to the barrel with your stones and water, then three days later marvel at the shine! GemFoam is reusable too, allowing you to create a truly impressive gemstone collection.

This is my first review on Amazon. I'm compelled to write this because I have been through so many rock tumblers as I tumble rock 24/7/365. Lortone are supposed to be the best and they are priced as such but the failure rates are just to high. This machine is more durable, 3X cheaper, easier to service (I haven't needed to service any of them yet) and work like a horse. They use lower power, they have built in timers so you don't need to remember when you started and you can spin the barrels 3X faster than a typical tumbler. I have 3 of them and I love them. Best value out there if you only got the tumbler and the barrel! You will need to buy more grit supplies if you want to tumble more than 1 batch, but there is enough in the kit to get started.

The kit has every thing you need to polish stones. The drum and roller and well built and hold up to use. I have a couple of these sets and like them a lot. The drum does not leak and is easy to load and use. Comes with grit to get you started.A quick search for polishing grit on Amazon will help keep you supplied.

Got this tumbler 2 months ago and was working fine until today. Completely stopped working. Motor won’t turn on at all. Has been gently used in an adult only household so no reason for it to break. Tried trouble shooting steps but nothing. I contacted Nat Geo customer service and I’ll guess I’ll see what they say when they get back to me. And edit this review based on thatEDIT - I spoke to Nat Geo and they said the likely culprit is faulty weight sensor, which apparently is a problem with these tumblers. They sent me a new one free. I’m grateful for the customer service and the new matching but if I had realized this make/model had this issue I wouldn’t have gotten it in the first place. I’m hoping this second one lasts longer than the first one.

Excellent machine nice and quiet and works well. Nat geo tumblers are great just a tad expensive but worth it in my experience. No fuss no muss just a simple basic reliable machine that tumbles rocks. 🍻

An honest review, the tumbler is fantastic, I watched some Youtube videos comparing it to others and have found that it has low energy use and can tumble much faster than most other tumblers. It's in my kitchen and with the door closed I cannot hear it when I'm watching TV or listening to music (Although I quite like the sound of the tumbler, it's relaxing to me so I leave my door open).I am a total amateur and my only experience is picking up pretty stones in my travels. I've accumulated a few nice ones! But this kit also came with some very nice stones too! (Although many too small to survive the process). The instructions said that the first grit should be run for 3 days on the top speed, but after around 24 hours I checked my first batch and most were ready, my second and third batch ran again for another 24 hours each and I ended up with 1 large batch of well rounded stones, however many of the stones shrank significantly and I think a couple totally disintegrated so be careful! Check often, rinse them off (Not down the sink) and take them out when ready, put the not-ready ones back in.Unlike the suggestion to tumble them with the first grit for 3 days on max speed... I'd have lost most of my stones if I had blindly followed that instruction.Be ready to have to deal with sludge, the water gets very dirty and does not want to be poured down the sink, I put it in a bucket and leave it for 24 hours to settle than syphon off the clean water and leave the dirty sludge to dehydrate into a solid.I hope that helps, I'm really enjoying this new hobby! But I've already run out of stones, oh no!
