Directions do a poor job of explaining how to assemble correctly. It took two tries to get it right. Otherwise it functions great and will really help with some organizing on top of my bookshelf.

This lightweight bamboo piece worked perfectly for my purposes. It took about an hour to put it together as the direction sheet showed drawings but gave no instructions. All the holes lined up. The problem came towards the very end when the little knob would not go in to the grooved out area. I had to take several pieces apart and figure out how to configure it re that knob. Happy with it though and I do recommend it !!

UPDATE*** I received the replacement product and it, too, is made of Bamboo and is not the "genuine Acacia wood" as shown on the page. I had no option to talk to someone, even in a chat format to explain that not only did I not get the Acacia wood as ordered, I paid extra to get this product in Acacia instead of Bamboo. I did a customer service "chat" but you have to answer canned questions and there is no option to explain the type of problem I have to ask for a credit for receiving wood that was cheaper than what I ordered. I assembled it and am going to keep it for now, but I'll never order from this company again and I'll think twice about ordering ANYTHING on Amazon since there's no way to explain the problem with an order when you ask for a return or replacement.For now I have returned this item. It says in several places "genuine Acacia wood" which is what I wanted (brown color). The box it arrived in said "Material: bamboo" and it clearly looks like bamboo, light yellow stripes etc. The box said screws were included but there were no assembly screws in the well-taped box so that must mean they were never packed. UPDATE -- I received a replacement item but it is still made of bamboo instead of the Acacia tht the product description states and therefore the wood looks awful compared to what I expected -- yellow/brown stripe-like look instead of brown Acacia (plus I paid EXTRA for Acacia and after 2 attempts still didn't get it). It went together ok, but doesn't look great given that it's bamboo. I have tried to get a replacement of the proper wood, but am unable to message or talk to a human who will understand why this one is unacceptable. I got 3 different levels of AI chatbots automatically answering my questions and it said all I can do is return or replace the item. I've done one replacement (still wrong), I did actually order the correct item, and I don't just want a return because I need the item, but there is no way with the automated help to get a price credit (I paid extra) or to get someone to understand and send the item made in the correct wood. Don't bother ordering this if color and wood choice matters, you can't get any help when it goes wrong.

So I ordered one for my nightstand and everything was fine aside from having to reassemble a few times (for step 2 make sure that the longer side of C is at the bottom, which they don't specify in the instructions). However, since I liked mine a lot I decided to get one for my husband. So I order another...and I don't know what the issue was the screws has to be screwed in all the way (as in they were not flush with the wood) to be stable and not wobbly. This is clearly a defect as that's not how my first one was. So I returned it and got another. SAME ISSUE with the third one! I am going to try to order one more time so my husband and I can have matching nightstands. However it's very annoying as this has been an ongoing process for a week.

Kvalitén är väldigt låg. Under montering sprack träet vid skruvhålen, samt att hyllan redan vid uppackning visade flera tecken på färgskav. När ett föremål sedannplaceras på hyllan bidrar även det till skavanker i ytskiktet på hyllan, trots att att den behandlas varsamt med med aktsamhet.Förutom kvalitén så är hyllans utformning väldigt praktisk och jag gillar verkligen idén.

I modified it a little bit, by adding to the existing compartments I have on my craft desk (used 4x2 to fit under)It's a great product for the money.Sturdy.Easy to put together. Great instructions.Also, quite thoughtful extra screw.Recommend for tiny spaces.
