I needed some mini ball mounts for some small LED lights I was using. When I saw 4 for the low, low price of $14, I had to go for it. So glad I did. Perfect for the job. Very secure and can use as a cold shoe mount for 1/4 inch screw mount. Comes with 1/4-inch screws that can be used as double-sided mounting. They thought of everything, typical Neewer. Highly Recommended.

I bought these to be able to hold up a 2oz microphone on top of my DSLR. Neewer makes pretty great stuff and I've trusted them in the past with a lot of things for my cameras and gear around the house. These things though, just seem to really take a lot of force to get them to crank down and not be loose. Just when you have it tight and locked down to both the hot show and the accessory on top, suddenly the middle will be loose. Then you get the middle barrel tight and now suddenly the accessory is loose. It takes a bit more fiddling than I really care for or would expect from Neewer. If these are going to be semi-permanent fixtures on your camera then maybe the extra time to get it all secure is fine. But if you're going to somewhat regularly remove and replace these... depends how you want to spend your time.

Nice and compact little ball heads for mounting small camera items like LED light panels, iPhone holders, etc. You can never have enough of these little guys.

for what I paid for these I think they're like $4.50 each and they're built really well and when tightened down they are very sturdy and can hold their position really well.

This is a really cool kit with four ball head mounts for a decent price. There's never a shortage for use with cameras, smartphones, monitors, lighting so having lots of these around is a good thing. Real metal aluminum, not plastic. Versatile applications. Each comes with a cold shoe mount which can be removed to allow use with a standard tripod screw mount. My biggest concern and complaint is that these are either firm when mounted and screwed down tight but totally loose when unscrewed. There is no in between tension! Get it where you want it, hold it steady and tighten it down. If you want to move it just a little, set everything down, use both hands, hold, loosen, adjust and tighten. You can not just loosen a little bit and slide it over. Unnerving the first couple times you do this but you can train yourself to get used to it. Disappointing its so sensitive but not a deal breaker when you need some low cost heads to set up your rig.

I got these hot shoe mount adapters so that I can mount LED light boxes on my cameras (both Sony and Nikon). I had some regular adapters, but these Neewer ones a!low me to tilt the lights and adjust their angles. They slide into the hot shoe mounts easily and securely, and the bottom of the adapter can be quickly adjusted to fit in various hot shoes.These mount adapters are sturdy and are very easy to adjust. They hold the weight of a light box easily, and lock into place at the angle it is set without tilting. I have other Neewer camera accessories and know that it is a brand I can trust.

Well built. Just what I needed to mount a camera to a bracket. Small and the ball head makes it very adjustable.
