The NEEWER Tabletop Overhead Camera Mount Stand, featuring a 2-section telescopic extension arm, is designed for various photography and videography needs, particularly for overhead shots. Here's a detailed review, including its pros and cons, along with a hypothetical user experience:Positive AspectsAdjustable Design: The 2-section telescopic extension arm offers excellent adjustability in height and angle, making it versatile for different shooting requirements.Sturdy Construction: It is built with robust materials, providing stability and reducing the risk of camera shake, which is essential for clear, focused overhead shots.Ease of Use: The mount stand is user-friendly, with simple mechanisms for adjusting and securing the camera in place, suitable for both amateurs and professionals.Portability: Its compact design allows for easy storage and transport, making it a convenient option for photographers and videographers on the go.Compatibility: The stand is compatible with a range of camera models, enhancing its utility for various projects.Negative AspectsWeight Limitation: The stand might have a limited weight capacity, which could be a concern when using heavier camera setups.Stability on Certain Surfaces: While generally stable, its performance might vary on different tabletop surfaces, especially if they're not perfectly flat or sturdy.Complexity for Beginners: Some beginners might find it a bit complex to set up and adjust to the desired position initially.Me, a budding food blogger, purchased the NEEWER Tabletop Overhead Camera Mount Stand to improve the quality of his cooking videos. I found the adjustable arm incredibly helpful for getting the perfect overhead angle of his dishes. The stand's stability was crucial in ensuring his videos were clear and focused, a significant upgrade from my previous makeshift setups.

I use this for my food prepping videos and it worked like a charm. It holds my Cannon DSLR very well.

This is well made. It easily does what its supposed to do .. and more. The one thing I don't care for is the clamp .. specifically the tightening knob. It limits the possible placement of the clamp on the table .. if the table has a supportive frame near the edge .. or a similar support a few inches from the edge. The tightening knob has long handle ( for leverage ) but with the afore mentioned supports near the edge .. you cannot make even one turn before the long handle hits the support.Tables are different and some may work in a different position ( maybe the side instead of the end ) .. or this may not even be a problem if the support is only a couple of inches high.A better design for the handle would be the type of handle on a C clamp .. with the "long" handle free to slide in and out.Over all I am happy with this product.

Th system is very useful and very sturdy. I use the main stand with the swivel head to position a key light. . I use the secondary arm to hold and position an iPhone for videography behind a computer. This is well made and everything is held in place without any movement. It’s perfect for what I need.

Probably the best webcam stand out there. Very sturdy, adjustable and exactly what you need to put your camera at the right angle and with strong stability.

I've had this now for over a month, it gets the job done mostly. However a smaller clamp would have made for better usage. The clamp sometimes shows in videos due to it's size, the horizontal arm also sags downward slightly. The clamp tightening handle is also to large, it makes this unusable in small spaces.Good- Sturdy main standBad- Clamp is too large- Clamp tightening handle is too large- The horizontal arm sags slightly down without any weight added- The attached phone mount feels cheap and lightweight.

Stable, easy to use, plenty of height, mounts firm with pull and relocate handle at table mount, and holds my 5DmkIII with 100mm lens well, although it takes some harsh tightening. Downside is I'd bet money that the way this breaks is the plastic handles, clasps, etc. But, for the price??!! I'll buy another one if this does break. 2 months and no issues.

I bought this one for my video rig for youtube, and it was just what i was needing; al built in sturdy materias, perhaps it feels a little bit flimsy, but that is because of the design. But i won take any space in my desk, and it is easy to assembly and to use. Quite recommendable.

The product and setup was exactly what I was wanted. The arm clamp saves space and hold my tablet and securely. The 360 ball allows me to adjust and rotate the tablet easily. I like that the main post height can be adjusted depending what I'm using it for (re-hold my cell to play music, zoom call, video recording; take portraits or reference photo with my digital camera; clamp my lamp to the stem for an extra light source.Update: Three weeks in, the 360° ball broke. I think it was a defect. I contacted the company and their customer service was fantastic and I received a replacement in a week or so. I would still recommend. I have purchased a few NEEWAR items and the quality of the materials have great.
