I purchased these in February of 2023. I don't write too many reviews, even though I rely heavily on reviews before I purchase anything, but these little guys truly deserve one.To begin with I have to say that the battery life of these ear pieces is AMAZING! I get about 6-7 days or use out of each one, and that's with heavy daily usage. The quality of the sound is really good and the microphone is really good too. I regularly ask people how I sound on the other end of a call and I have never been told anything negative about how I sound to them. And the fact that you get two of these is awesome. One is always ready to go when one does finally go dead, and it's stored in a really nice protective case. And you get two cases as well.The date today is May 25, 2024. Two days ago I got into our 22' above ground swimming pool, and because these buds fit so well and are so comfortable that i forget I'm actually wearing them, I swam around and actually submerged my head at least 3 or 4 times before realizing that I had it on. I called myself a few choice names that I won't repeat at this time, because I really love these things and i know how good they really are. I took the ear bud off and put it aside to deal with later. When I finely went back inside, I shook it out to remove a few remaining drops of water out of it then hung it up in front of a box fan that I keep by my bed, overnight to try to dry it out and "save it" even though I thought it was all for nothing, because we all know what water will usually do to electronics. I let it sit all that first night and all yesterday. I recharged the battery last night, because it wouldn't turn on at all, and just now, Saturday morning, I turned it on and it started up and it connected to my phone automatically like it had always done before. I'm actually listening to music on it as I'm writing this review, and it still sounds great like it always has. Take a bow New Bee designers. You have a customer for life. Thank you.

It appears to work and was easy to pair with phone just wished sound quality was a little better but it's not that bad it was a good price for 2 units

These are comfortable, lightweight and cheap. I forgot mine at home.So I ordered a double set as backups for my office. If you're considering this, just buy it, you'll be pretty satisfied. The volume is fairly loud, which I enjoy quite a bit. The sound quality is maybe ninety percent of a more expensive one, and the noise reduction is maybe ninety percent as well. Overall, you absolutely cannot beat the price of this thing. And they're comfortable and lightweight. They also last a long time. I am on these things, 24/7, and I can tell you, I rarely ever have one die.

This model is the newest in my array of earpieces that I have had over the years. These are a tad larger than most of the ones in my arsenal, however they are very light. On the plus side I can say that the earpieces themselves are the most comfortable that I have ever had (and I have had a lot). They fit well, don't fall out, don't ache an hour later, nothing. Close to perfection there.My negative (and it is a serious one) is the gain structure on the audio. All phone calls are distorted (I bought two, they both do the same thing). The menu system is perfectly clear and the audio is great, but once I make a call, distortion city. I can still use them and make out the voices just fine. My test people (there are a group of us) report that the mic and outgoing quality are great. But it does not matter the type of phone that I call or receive, the service provider, nothing. I get an over-compressed distorted audio experience. I can deal with the larger size as they are a tool to me rather than a fashion statement, so as a tool they are not quite hitting the mark. I will hang onto them, but they will not be my go-to.

HERE IS MY SECOND REVIEW FROM 6 MONTHS AGO:This is the second time I purchased these bluetooth ear pieces. The first set was PHENOMENAL but these "new" models are complete JUNK! I Returned them in a week! Don't waste your money,...The second purchase was a total and utter failure and I left a very bad review expressing my utter disappointment.# # # # #HERE IS MY NEW REVIEW AFTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT CORRECTED THE ISSUE AND CONTACTED ME:This company actually read my complaint, and contacted me about their product. The service manager went "above and beyond" the role of customer support to contact me, and explain the problems created by changing manufacturers the first time, and that were trying to correct the situation. They told me they had switched manufacturers and thus received bad products. They explained that they now got a new manufacturer and asked me to please try the new product again and see if I would reconsider my negative opinion of their product. They politely asked if they could send me another set of the NEWER, improved headsets for my review. They were truly concerned with my ultimate satisfaction! It is RARE to find this kind of service in today's markets.And, to be honest, none of the other brands I've tried since were anywhere near as good as the original version of these ones!So anyway, I agreed to give them another chance. Well, I've had the new units for about a week now, and I have had a chance to use the "new" models extensively, and I am pleased to say these units work SO much better than the last ones did. They are as good as the original purchase was! They have outstanding sound quality from the microphone, noise cancellation, volume control and clarity, and functionality. I especially like being able to double-tap the "main" call answer button to initiate the "redial" feature. Oh, and the battery lasts for DAYS with constant use, and charges very quickly. These units are every bit as good as the original, first set that we loved so much. My satisfaction with their service and the quality and function of the new product has been fulfilled quite nicely! Thank you so much!I am now a satisfied client / customer / user once again!I now confidently and wholeheartedly recommend these headsets again! They are as good as the originals were!

Poor external noise cancellation. Like many low-cost devices of this type, they proclaim their noise cancelling capabilities, but don't deliver much if anything - water running from a tap into the sink is my test case. Looks like a Plantronics 5200 etc is the only effective device to deliver on the requirement.
