Easy to set up, Stickiness works better than Velcro in My opinion, Arrived right on time, very Durable as well. Value is great. You get a fine Product that will keep the water in Your Fish Friend's Home safe and Clean. The noise level is negligible, You can live with it. I use it as a " white " noise source, helps Me Sleep.

I got this filter for a 5 gallon tank with few plants I have just started with a view to using as a temporary "quaranteen tank" for new fish before placing into the large tank. So I set it up with the spray bar and plugged it in. It was so powerful it was too much!! I tried with the bar and without, all different angles, and still it was hurricaine force. Amazing for such a small device. I had to reduce it but it has no adjustment. I did not want to replace it so I went looking for an answer and found it on You-Tube, and found a suggestion to put a foam tube over the output. I have ordered some that can slip over the spray bar, but in the meantime I cut a small section of filter material and tied it over the bar. It works great, you can hardly detect any movement, but can see small bubble streams in the water, so I am keeping the filter I think it will work out well with a foam sock!

Overall not a bad filter. I have one and a topfin 10g angled tank so it’s a bit longer than a normal 10 and it’s still fairly strong. It’s very quiet and compact. It comes clean and works right away. I just wish it was adjustable.

I ditched my sponge filter because it couldn’t catch larger particles in the water. This little filter is 2 stage, with a larger sponge and then a charcoal pack. It churns out lots of water for such a small unit.The other reason I switched was that the air pump was a bit loud and I could never get used to the constant drone, especially at night. This filter also does a great job of aerating the water, so an air stone would no longer be needed. I get more volume, more circulation, great aeration and better filtration. Easy disassembly for cleaning. Takes a minute to clean out. It comes with a rain option as well. The tank wasn't getting much circulation before, but now the water is flowing well. There are enough spots in the tank for the fish where they don't get pushed around by the water flow and can chill. I like this filter a lot and I would use in additional small tanks if I add more.

Works well. Returns could be people not priming pump to get the water to flow.. if you just plug in and walk away with out making sure pump has primed, it will burn out.Also sponge style filter needs ro be cleaned frequently or filter can clog up & water filtration will not work well. We like it, especially for the price.

Vibrates for sure. But It works as describe and it is quiet. If you need to reduce the flow, just put a tiny sponge in the out take.

I bought every adaptor I could find and still cannot plug it in properly. Very annoyed that it even needs an adapter in the first place. Basically unusable.

This pump is quite powerful moves my snails around and keeps the water flowing it filters with great ease and tank stays cleaner longer arrived quickly and I think I'm going to get one for all my tanks worth the price
