After using sheet trays for a few months I graduated and bought these pans. Best decision I made. The holes in the bottom make my baguettes look like the professional ones. Easy to clean. Stackable by themselves. I typically make four loaves and freeze 3 of them so my family has bread for a few days.

I use these to make french baguettes and they are perfect. Almost too long for my oven it I place them in perpendicular, but thankfully not. The cleaning and care is easy, the holes allow the steam to come through and give the bread a perfect level of moist.

I'm overall happy with this baguette set. The pan is a bit thin. It's not sturdy enough to support itself going into and out of the oven. Lift it with 2 hands. The lame and scraper are useless. The cloth is large and sturdy. It's good for the cost, and a fine set for beginners.

First use it worked perfectly. My dough was a bit sticky, and it released without an issue after backing.

First I bought mine from Amazon and not a returned or renewed item usually listed for a few bucks less. My set arrived in perfect shape..not mangled. The tray is a bit wobbly if you don't use an under pan for transferring your dough to the over. That is workable. I find that the pan washes so well I barely have to scrub it--and mind you I always bake with an egg wash so I often have some baked on egg to deal with. The little knife was/is useless but the couche is rather impressive but it is way too big to use all the time. I make the family loaves of French and baguettes as requested...usually 2x a week!

I do love it but dang if I didn't go and do it again. Looks are deceiving when buying online and though I did well in algebra, I was never very good in geometry, hence picturing measurements in my head versus what in reality you're getting can be two different things. In this case, I thought this proofing basket was double the size it really turned out to be. To put it in good perspective for others, it's what I would call the perfect size for making a subway sandwich. Unfortunately, my bread dough would fill many of these and I was wanted to fill one not many. So I'll have to make do and figure things out. The basket is surprisingly heavy and did come with a liner. I plan to hang it on my kitchen wall as decoration until I use it.

This pan worked out great for shaping baguettes. Extra bonus, it came with a bread lame, scraper and proofing cloth. So far has worked really well for baking. Corners seems a bit sharp, so I have to handle it with care and I have to store it carefully as the metal seems a bit thin and could easily get bent. Would recommend this set for all bakers.
