I’m relatively new to sourdough baking. I’ve managed master making boules, but I’ve been dying to try making baguettes. The trick is to get the dough tensioned properly, which is a skill that requires practice. The shape of this is enormously helpful in keeping the bread from flattening out like a pancake! I’m making a batch of in between baguettes and French bread, and I’m having great success!!!

I got this Yupjlia brand baguette bread pan to give as a gift to my grand nephew, who has recently taken up baking. I have a similar pan that I use frequently. Ever since I started making my own bread I can't stand store-bought bread. I even make my own rye bread. This Yupjlia pan is shallower and a bit smaller than my older pans. It wouldn't have cost much to make them a bit larger. Probably less that a couple of cents. You can always make a smaller loaf in a big pan, but you can't make a loaf larger than the pan itself. The finish on these is quite nice, and my nephew reports they are easy to clean, and the bread comes out great.

for the price and as a starter bread maker this was the best buy i've ever made it helps with air flow for my loaf to not be too dry and the heat gets in all around

Use your online recipe and these baguette pans, and you will never have to purchase baguettes from the bakery again.

With the price I think is a good baguette pan. This can bake two baguette or four shorter bread. I like that it's wider than my old one so I can make wider Vietnamese bread. It bakes evenly and nonstick if you follow the direction to butter first use. Easy to clean as well. I will like it better if it's 3 or 4 loaves tray with the divider higher to prevent baguette sticking together.

Nice size for baguettes.Kind of slippery non-stick surface so you have to take care the baguettes don't slide off.The perferations allow a nice even browning of the baguettes.Great for proofing the baguettes too. The trays help the dough retain the shape.
