These nuts are easier to use than the spring ones. The blue retainers cannot also be easily removed.

Fan of Unistrut for multiple uses including furniture (desks, tables, shelving, etc.) but accessories can be costly. These nuts are extremely easy to use (original spring loaded on slotted channel are a total pain) and reasonable priced. Have standardized on these and 1/2".

I used these to mount some solar panels. I had never tried this kind before, so I decided to give them a try. When you tighten the bolts (not included), they squeeze against the channel frame, and prevent the solar panel from sliding. In my experience, they have worked well. They are a simple design. I will update this review if they fail for any reason.5 stars, thanks!

Oh Boy, I wish they have these many moons ago. These GZBEVITAR Nylon Channel Squeeze Nut for 1/2"-13 Strut Channel Cone Nuts would have speed up the hanging and secure pipes on the struts and with a lot less swearing. Not counting the additional nuts we had to purchased to account for drop or loss. It’s simple to install; locate where/ how many do you need to hang/ tight down turn the metal portion parallel with the strut opening, push in, turn 90, lock it in place. A tip leave the plastic in place, just in case you make a mistake/ customer change their mind-(don't forget change order) . -

These are a massive upgrade from the traditional spring type channel nuts that are so aggravating to get into place. These go in easy and slide to exactly where you need them and then they stay there. The quality of the threads, finish, and nylon is all exceptional. Not a single issue with them so far. Better than the name brand that costs 5x more at big box stores.Get these if you do any work with strut nuts, you'll be happy you did.

Work great. Just like the spring clamps - slide them in from the ends, or push them in anywhere along the length of your strut and give them a 90 degree twist. They fit snugly and don't slide around The biggest problem I see with these - is I won't know which ones to grab, the squeezeys or the springeys. Guess I'll just have to grab a handful of each and snack on the ones I don't use.5 ----- Stars

Picked this up to use for my solar panel mounting. For whatever reason, the solar clamps I have purchased the rail nuts are about 1/2" too small to be used with 1 5/8" strut rods. These are easy to use and now I just need to pick up a bag of the right sized bolts to get my new panels up on the rails.
