One of the hooks bent enough to allow the internal safety locking spring to toggle outwards, but the hook maintained its connection for the entire tow.Obviously not for use in highways or ling distances, but did the job we needed doing and appears ready to be used again if needed. Ample room in the storage bag.

So I was using this strap for something it probably shouldn’t have been used for: attaching it to my truck to remove trees from my yard. One of the metal loops broke almost immediately, but we worked around that. This strap put up quite the fight against one of the trees. It bent the hitch that I had it tied to!!!!!! I attached a picture. The tree ended up winning the battle, as the strap broke in the middle.The seller reached out randomly to check on my thoughts of the product. I explained what happened and I was sent a replacement strap, which I think was very generous of them. Wonderful customer service. I really appreciate the time they took to reach out to me and rectify a situation that was no fault of theirs.

I bought this over a year ago but I just got a chance to use it to help a guy get unstuck from the snow. the straps feel sturdy, even after giving it a little tug with my car.

I’ve bought a few of these. I wish there was one in a red color or a purple color. My girlfriend seem to forget to charge their batteries in their golf carts, and we end up having to tow them home. It’s great. I just put it in the back of the golf cart and I’ve been giving them for gifts, but I’m not happy with all the colors yellow and orange. Don’t really go with our golf carts.

Absolute trash. As soon as it was delivered I looked at it and knew I had been ripped off by this wimpy strap. First time I used it it snapped trying to pull a Ford Fiesta that was stuck in snow. The second the strap pulled tight it broke. A Ford Fiesta is a tiny car and this strap that has a 20,000lb breaking limit snapped the second 100lbs of force was put on it.
