I really enjoy this because it is very sturdy, well made and pretty. I am able to stretch better than using resistance bands or other straps. I like the multiple handles too.

I bought this thinking it would help me move my leg around after surgery, and I was right. It took me a couple weeks to regain strength enough to lift my own leg onto the bed, etc…. But I’m also now using it in my recovery with physical therapy. What a great item! I loved the color selection, I chose the purple.

Very happy with product... I use Oak-Sports strap in my physical therapy program at a professional office.Wanted to get the same. However, there are some differences.This strap is made of a slightly soften shinny material and is 1 1/2" wide. What I use at the professional office is a slightly harder more cotton like fabric. I prefer this fabric; it has a nice smooth shine that makes it a little softer in the hand and very pretty too. I actually would have liked the 1" size that I use there more but wider does grip nicely also. The loops are a good size and total # and length will suite all my needs.
