I will try to keep this simple. The quality is great, no doubt about its durability even with constant use. I like that about this product and the clasp on the foot insert where you attach the strap is also very sturdy and strong, so there is nothing to worry about that coming loose or breaking off. You can pull on it as tight as you want, the strap or the clasp is not going to pop off or break. I also like that the strap can be separated from the foot insert. However, the foot insert is where I have problems with this product. It isn't one size fits all, so if you have feet like mine, about 12 inches or more, then you may want to keep looking for something with a bigger foot insert. My toes stick out above the edge of the foot insert and while it isn't too uncomfortable, I wonder how much better I could stretch if I was more comfortable and not feeling the strap rubbing all over the edges of my toes. And the whole where the heel fits isn't very wide, and even with narrow feet, I still have to squeeze my feet through the whole to get it just right for certain stretch positions. So, overall, I can still use it, but not as comfortably as I think I should be able to. If it was slightly longer and bigger, I would give this product a 5-star rating across the board.
