Great pump. Pushing out a steady 3000psi on idle at 2.5gpm. I can't seem to get the chemical injector to work though, idk why it's not sucking any chemical. Other than that the pump itself seems really reliable and strong. No issues with pressure fluctuations at all. Even under load when the trigger is pulled, it only drops by 300psi to a working pressure 2700psi. Fitment to my motor was super simple and easy.

I have a Generac 2700 psi pressure washer that I had a valve fail on the pump. I ended up finding the valves here on Amazon to repair it, but it spewed water out of the head of the pump when I put it back together due to an o-ring that was pretty hashed. Now, I could have just put another o-ring in it to make it work, but I saw this pump on my Vine feed and said nope - new pump, it is!This pump fit on my engine after a little struggle because of some rust on the engine’s crankshaft. I cleaned it well and am not sure why it was such a struggle, but I had to smack on the head of it to get it to go on, then use the bolts to gradually finish the installation. This was even after coating the crankshaft with grease to ease the install. Well, I got it installed and tried it out and wow! It works incredibly well on my pressure washer! It builds up even more pressure than the original did and works perfectly with all my accessories I had for my washer. I really am happy with how well it works! I honestly didn’t expect it to work as well as it does, but a win’s a win!If it wasn’t for the bear of a time I had installing the pump, this would have easily been a five star review. I am not sure why I had so much struggle getting it to go all the way onto the engine. But in the end, it did fit and it works outstandingly. If you need a pump for your horizontal engine, this is a great one to get! It probably has more pressure than your original. Just be ready for a bit of a fight to install it. I am not sure if I had a fluke with mine. Even with a clean and lined crankshaft, it still took some pretty brute force to get it to go on.

I decided to get this TOOLCY Horizontal Shaft Pressure Washer Pump which is rated at a max 3400 PSI and at a max 2.6 GPM for my old PowerBoss pressure washer that was originally rated at max 3100 psi at max 2.5 GPM with its Honda GC190 engine. After the easy swapping out of the pressure washer pumps, I tested the TOOLCY pump and was able to get 3100 PSI without changing the factory settings of the unloader valve. When testing this pump I used an inline water high pressure gauge. It should be noted that the max pressure occurs only when NOT spraying, and when spraying, the pressure drops as much as 1000 psi, and this depends on the nozzle orifice size and the engine. Instructions that came with TOOLCY stated that the factory settings of the unloader valve were set to be optimum. I had to use a hex wrench to make adjustments to the unloader valve, even though the listing says that you can make adjustments without a wrench. I increased the pressure to 3200 psi, but my Honda GC190 engine started to bog down a little so I returned it to 3100 psi. To get the TOOLCY pump’s maximum rating of 3400 psi, I probably would need an engine bigger than the Honda GC190, which only has a net torque of 8.3 lb-ft (11.3 Nm) @ 2500 rpm and net power output of 5.1HP (3.8 kW) @ 3600 rpm.The listing states that “There’s no need to release the pressure before starting the engine.†Sure enough, I was able to restart without relieving the pressure in the hose/pump. Most pressure washers require you to release the pressure before restarting. You still have to release the pressure before disconnecting the hose or the gun; otherwise, they won’t come off under pressure. Here is the review ranking basis that I have adopted:âï¸1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.âï¸âï¸ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults.âï¸âï¸âï¸ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Nice upgrade to our old pump. this one requires less flow so works more consistently without cavitation, pressure actually seems higher even though water volume is lower. Seems to self-relieve pressure while idling a bit more than the old pump, but that;s a small trade for the output, just be aware of the surroundings when operating and it's not an issue

I used this pump for a custom electric pressure washer in my garage. I had to machine a flange adapter to it from the motor and a shaft, but it works great and really pumps hard.I've been using this pump on and off for about a month now and it hasn't given me any issues at all, no leaks or anything unusual.Good pump for the money.
