This is a very effective whiteboard. It's large, and just make sure you are not surprised by the size, but if you can fit it then it's very effective. I use it for design iteration and it's big enough that even two people can be interacting/writing on the board at the same time. I much prefer this large size to a smaller board - just makes the design-iteration sessions more open and carefree vs. focusing on some tiny space. Also, the fact that the board is reversible is a nice feature, giving you twice the real-estate where needed and/or allows you to continue with iterations without having to wipe the board. The construction quality is fine but nothing special. It too me about 20 minutes to assemble and the instructions were average - not super intuitive but not completely obtuse either. The whole thing is pretty light and not to hard to move around. The packaging was very good and FedEx called me before dropping it off - they gave me a 4-hour window to expect it to arrive. I didn't need a 2nd person to bring it to my apartment - I just slided it along the carpeted floor. The board is a bit more expensive than others but I don't think you'll be disappointed - it's a good product.

Well, as a science teacher, my students can't see all of the SMARTBoard behind the demonstration desk affixed to the floor. The idea was to get this board and use it as a substitute for the SMARTBoard. It looks amazing! It's a nice, shiny whiteboard that I can now use at my leisure. It was easy to set up, came with the tools needed, and was a good "baby's first giant project to assemble." (I've never been to IKEA or really had self-assembly furniture before.)However... there were a few niggles that came with it. The board was a bit beaten up--it wasn't much more than scuffed, and the whiteboard itself wasn't damaged. I can still write over all of it. The marker tray doesn't sit well. Of all the holes drilled into it to allow for it to be attached, only the first and last ones could be screwed in, and even then, they couldn't be screwed in all the way. NOW, THAT SAID, it's still comfortably holding twenty markers, so I can't complain too much. The Type-A in me just doesn't like having only two of the holes capable of being used.I do genuinely enjoy the board. Don't get me wrong. I think that it will help a lot with the class (I hope). It was just the marker tray that made me a little crazy.

I'm buying another one. This board is perfect, and I'm using it daily for project management and organization in my home office.I was a little worried about some of the reviews and delivery problems for other similar brands for these large boards, but this brand seems to have worked out the shipping issues. In any case, it arrived in perfect condition, and I'm happy to say it was not as heavy as I had initially feared. It takes a pretty big space to put together, because the box is so big.On the inconvenient side, there were no assembly directions included with it, but a company with a similar board had a YouTube video with a guy demonstrating how to put it together. On the good side, even though I'm not really much of a builder, I was able to get the board together in around an hour with no significant issues. The pre-drilled holes were in the right place, and everything fit together in a sturdy way. There was a slight misalignment with the pivoting of the board, but I quickly learned it's because I over-tightened one side, which was easy to fix.I use it for its magnetic properties, rather than as a white board. It's very lightweight and easy to move with the wheels. The movement of flipping the board over can be a little challenging but that's mostly because I'm working with it in a small home office. The mechanism that keeps the board locked in place is not perfect, but it does the job. This board was not the cheapest, but it was far from the most expensive one of its kind. I think I found a happy medium because it's arrived in perfect condition and is a good quality item.As I said, I'm buying another one. And more high-powered thumbtack-style magnets from Neopin!

The whole concept of the stand with the board is great! And the board works well but the company didn't include the stand in the first order. So after calling the company they sent the stand. It came broken. Then called again and still have yet to get the stand. Too bad because our office needs this kind of product.

Assembly: The whiteboard can take some time to assemble. One of the nuts didnt go in easily. I gave up after spending 5 minutes trying to align it. When I was moving the whiteboard, it got aligned properly and I can screw it in fully.Damage: The whiteboard arrived undamaged although the packaging exterior was not perfect condition. The deliverymen made an appointment and left it in my living room in the agreed upon time slot. I think the seller took extra care to make sure that this thing arrived undamaged. Most of the whiteboard products have high chance of arriving damaged. I think the seller did a good job.Whiteboard: The white surface has been good. I was able to write easily and erase easily. The only problem is that its wobbly. I would have cut a start or two had it not been for the price and delivery.

For the price, when compared to other dry erase boards, I give 4 stars. You want better you gotta pay more. Can't beat the shipping of $50 compared to another company that wanted $275 but $350 for truck delivery. I gave 4 stars because the marker rail that you are to installed had metal screws that stripped easily (when using their supplied screw driver) but otherwise is pretty sturdy and easy to assemble. One thing I did not account for was the height of the board, even though 40" high, only came up to 6' in total height...and I am 6' 2"...so I have to bend down some to write (but that was my fault for not considering this aspect).
