These mats are supposed to be for carpet. These creep and buckle and trip people. Doesn't do the job at all. Even if I try to anchor a corner with a filing cabinet, it buckles to the cabinet. Too flimsy. I bought three of them and they all suck.

Good quality; sturdy; chair rolls well on it and it doesn't move. I'm using it on top of carpeting.

Would work well to protect a hard floor like wood, but not thick enough to roll on carpet.
