I was concerned given a few negative reviews and the fact that the instructions state the minimum copper pipe length from the wall should be 3 1/8". My pipe only extends 2 1/2" from the shower wall but the spout works perfectly with no leaks. It's a bit on the large side, longer and wider than what I replaced but it looks good. I'm very please with the quality and performance.

It looks nice, previously had a ips/threaded spout but the pipe with threads was 4in (about 1in too long). I cut the pipe and installed using the slip fit option. It has a leak at the tension screw when using the shower. I plan to solder on new threads and re mount screwing on the spout. Review TBD

Keeps leaking! I bought this product twice thinking it was my pips that needed to be fixed. We broke the first one trying to get it to stop leaking. This product either needs more advanced instructions or better parts. I hate it. You can not get a good seal even with tape or sealant- it just keeps leaking every-time we activate the diverter.

We had to replace an extended tub spout, which are harder to come by in stores. This one is solid and appears to be high quality. It was not difficult to install, and is not made out of cheap weightless plastic. Not a drop of water comes out when the diverted is switched to shower mode!

Our first one arrived with the top water flow adjuster pull broken. (Not sure of the correct part name). They sent a replacement which we installed but not a solid product.

The spout installs fairly easy and the quality of the spout is good, with attention to details. It operates as expected.
