After installing over 26 1/4-20 rivet nut, I have to truly say the tool is well made. The Tool successfully installed the rivet nuts with out any failures.

Intital review was a 2 based upon having a missing mandrel. When I recieved the replacement. the mandrel was missing again. Frustrated I took everything out of the box and found a sticker that indicated that the M8 mandrel is already installed in the Rivnut gun. Ugh. Packaging folks, put tthe sticker on the outside of the box not under all the conntents.That said. I used the tool today. it worked well. more pricey tools work more efficiently but for the money it is a good tool to have. I installed 8 M* and 8 8/32 rivnuts without a hitch. Of note: if you like order in the shop you will also need to buy a seperate container for the rivnuts themselves. otherwise they are loose in the already crowded box.Gave it 4 stars, not because of the sticker issue that on is on me. Rather, it is the box. is not engineered very well nor is it very surdy. It is vacuum molded of a very thin material, the latches are plastic and appear to be rather cheaply made. The box holds the tool ok hold but there are 13 mandrels with spaces for 12, one mandrel is loose in the box. The box itself looks like it will soon break.

Performed exactly as I needed.I had to secure a carrying handle to a window for demonstration purposes. Very easy to operate.

Works like a charm. There are several options including MM which is a plus. They also provide some parts to get you started. You can order additional nuts online and the few I tried tend to work well.

This was exactly what I needed as my fords truck bed cover had popped bracket rivets. Beefed up to rivet nuts with a larger bolt and its now working better than new! Love it!

We where able to insert only about 20 small rivets into soft aluminum siding then, no more.completely went over all moving parts, non working & tried for replacement, no avail through Amazon.
