We love the lock, it was easy to install (30 min) from unboxing to using it. Instructions we're straight fwd. The lock stopped working five days in during a torrential thunderstorm. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Rachel at customer service was very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Together we decided a replacement lock was my best option. I had a new lock in three days. Works great. What a great service. Plus I really like the lock and the remote key fobs are perfect!

I am a very hard judge of most products but don’t write reviews.Tried another brand locks and returned them because of the fit.These locks are built solid, perfect fit and easy to set up and program. The range on the remote controls is over 50 ft.I purchased 2 locks for my trailer and could not be more please.A great added feature is that each remote can be programmed for two different locks.

I bought two locks a few months ago and they are great. Took probably about 20 minutes to set up which was faster than I expected. The locks were working great but one of them quit working on me about 3 months after I got it. I talked to their customer service about it. After some operations checking, they decided to send me a new one. Really excited that they helped me out.Definitely is a great upgrade!

Installed the lock easily, except had to trim opening some. Have been impressed with look and feel of unit.But took my first trip and the door would open while traveling. There doesn’t seem to be much resistance to keep the dead bolt locked. Not sure what I’m going to do yet for the return home.

I have a Jayco Eagle. It took me 15 minutes to install it and another 5 minutes to program. Works awesome. I like not having to use a key to lock and unlock. I definitely recommend this.

I had to modify the door to get the lock in place. The bolt holes protrude too far, i just expanded the door hole with a drill where the posts wouldnt fit. The strike plate is not traditional size and slightly larger so i had to drill a new hole but it sticks out too far i almost got stuck inside because the door was pinched shut had to bash the door open at first. I then had to hammer down the strike plate flat so the door would close normally and its still tight. I like the full 10 number keypad and the setup process wasnt bad, but was a bummer to have to drill out the door and hammer the strike down. A standard sized & additional flat strike plate for the door would be nice. longer bolts instead of having the posts too long would have prevented the need for modification of the door. Also not sure what happened but one time it forgot my code. It defaulted back to the factory password when i was outside near midnight without my keys. Glad i had my phone so i could look up the default password but could have been a really bad night. Otherwise its been great. Give it a shot. Edit: they updated the marketing regarding the handle lock so i gave it 5 stars.
