Got these barrel locks for my RV as it came with the dreaded CH751's. They went in easily and work easily. I had barrel locks on my old TT, but I always hated them as the key wouldn't come out when the lock was in the unlock position. With these, the key comes out in either position. A win for me!

I ordered the three pack of cam locks. Now my personal belongings are locked up and no one has a key. You also get two keys per lock. Now I have six keys. For me it's peace of mind since I'm a full time RVer and stay at Cracker Barrel and Walmart sometimes when I'm traveling.

I could not find a number to call this seller directly to get smaller locks to match these lock numbers. I did have to modify the bent lock plate because it was too long for my outdoor shower door. I bent it to shorten the length and it works great. See above. I had to use the 11/8 lock so the shower door would close properly - yes I tried the shorter one but did not close correctly even when the lock plate was flipped. This was a win for me because they all have the same key. These locks are much stronger than the 751 locks that come on most RVs. These will not prevent a break-in - no lock will, but it will slow them up. by some time. that is what a good lock is supposed to do. I like having one key that opens all the locks. much easier than having 2 or three keys for 4 -5 locks. The price was reasonable. shipping was fast.

I ordered this set then needed 2 more keyed aliked locks. I notified the seller through amazon and received a instant response. The tech helped me place a custom order to get to more locks with matching keys. The locks work great and much better then the original locks that others have the same key to. I had snapped the key off in the trailer hatch lock. Got these and replaced both sides, took a little bit to figure out which clasp was better the flatter or the bent, and not put it upside down. Quality is better than what was original and I like the key type.

I bought these to replace the locks on my travel trailer storage compartment hatches. The hatches have two catches but only 1 of which locks, if you can call it that. Almost every trailer uses the same key on these hatches so millions of people have the keys to your trailer hatches! The barrel style lock should be harder to pick and make my locks different from the millions of others. Hopefully these locks are not all made using the same key cut! My situation makes the use of the locking bars a little complicated. I will have to rebend the bars to get the needed angles or adapt the old bars to the new locks.
