Bought this to go along with Ooni oven. Peel is great. It is really light but very sturdy. Not the best for rotation once in the oven - need to get a turning peel for that. Just wish price was lower.

As I said, this oven quite literally competes with commercial pizzerias. I live in a very large metropolitan area (population greater then one million). It is home to a huge university; pizzerias are everywhere. This oven produces pizzas that are never soggy even when loaded with juicy veggies. The crust is always well-cooked, browned, and the bottom of the crust is slightly crispy but not dried-out and not burned. I have made several pizzas in this oven so far. More are on the way. I highly recommend it.
