Super-tough chrome-moly steel provides superior bar-body strength and tough rails with excellent resistance to wear and chipping. The Power Match bars nose fastens with a single rivet and are securely held by wide, strong, overlapping ears. The long nose takes most of the abuse to minimize wear to the body of the bar. Power Match bars are recommended for 3.5 cu. in (58 cc) and larger saws.

It works, is greasable and the nose is replaceable. Quality is good. I'll buy again after I wear it out. I cut a lot of firewood, it's the only way I'll heat my house. I'm using a 455 rancher that hasn't failed me yet in 12 years of faithful service.

i have always preferred oregon bars and my local supplier is over an hour away so i was happy to find this on amazon. it came nicely packaged and protected and its exactly what i needed.

The hole for the bar oil is much smaller than a Husky bar. The chain doesn’t get enough oil for full cuts. The bar is too hard to open the hole without a small grinding stone. Wish I’d have gut a Husky bar. Update: got a carbide 5/32 masonry drill and opened the oil hole. Was easy to drill out.

Replaced stock bar on 455 rancher. Seems to be working fine for cutting firewood.

Seller was quick with shipping and my review is not their fault.The rails were rough and uneven out of the box. I had to dress the bar before I even put it on the saw. I expected better from Oregon products.
