Bought mistakenly thinking this was for the 3.5 EcoBoost engines.Parts are of excellent quality, good machining and coatings for longevity.However, they do not fit 3.5 EcoBoost.

My husband used it to do phasers (he is a Ford Senior Master Tech) and the cam holders fit perfectly. However, he said when he used the socket that came with it, he could feel it starting to twist as he tried to break the cam phaser bolt loose. He had to use his Snap-On socket instead. Aside from the weak socket, he thinks it is a great product and it fits the parts it is designed for.

This worked perfect on my 2017 Ford Explorer 3.5 Ecoboost. It doesn’t say it fits this year in the description but it does. They slid in snug on both sides. Vice grips are there just in case.
