Compatibility
For 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0, and 6.2L LS Engines
Step 1
Insert the long bolt into the T-Connector, then place it over the holes opposite the valve springs.
Step 2
Join the I-Connector and lock them together with the M14 washers and M14×16 bolts.
Step 3
Place the H-Connector over the T-Connector and secure it to the long bolt with the M14 nuts.
Step 4
Depress the valve springs by tightening the nut with the provided wrench.

Despite all the other negative reviews of it bending or stripping screws out or not pushing the valves down for enough, it worked perfectly for me.Used it to replace valve seals on my 06 5.3 and when used properly it pushes the valves down straight and just far enough to get the keepers out. Just make sure you have it adjusted correctly before tightening all the bolts. And put a little grease on the threads as you should for any type of screw press like this.

Do not buy this tool it’s cheap and not worth it unless you want to drill and tap out your rocker arm hole. Buy the lisle brand do not buy this brand of any tools everything from this brand has failed on me and I will never buy again.

It worked good for the value. It was a little difficult to figure out how to use at first but one I figure it out It ended up working great the build quality is pretty good I wish the bracket was a little stronger though

This compressor work perfectly fine, with the addition of putting assembly loop or a thick oil on the threads of the compression screw. I started to use it without doing that and it started shaving metal off of the compressor but as soon as I added oil to it it worked perfect after that

Do not waste your money on this spring compressor. As you can see the angle of tool is way off compared to the valve stems. It will never compressor the springs properly. I will be returning it

Junk. Doesn't compress the valve spring enough to remove the keepers before it bottoms out. This is on stock heads with stock springs. Tried two different engines and had the same problem.
