These outlet extenders work great. I had up to a 2 1/2 gap between the plastic outlet boxes and the front of a newly installed quartz backsplash in my kitchen. Tried the extender boxes and they didn’t work for my situation. These were great - easy to cut the tubing to adapt to each outlet’s depth. Sturdy when everything screwed together.

Not much to say. We had our kitchen backsplash tiled. Installer did a Rube Goldberg job of installing the electrical outlets - guess he figured once he was done with the job, nobody would care about his installation of the electrical outlets. When I went to replace those outlet covers with ones that had LED lights, the replacement outlet cover screws would not reach the screw hole. Came across these extenders. Easy to cut with scissors to fit the needed length, and in a matter of minutes, I was able to install new outlet covers. Great product. They provide enough extenders to last me a lifetime.

We had an outlet that was not flush. It was installed in a cabinet and was just to far back. It was very difficult to use and the solution the builder came up with was to put a longer screw in the face plate. That was not working. Anyway we were trying to figure out work arounds and saw this product. Figured it was worth a try. It was super easy to install. Worked like a charm. They sent plenty of product to do multiple outlets but we only had one so we donated the remainder to Habitat.

Wife wanted to add some board and batten to a guest room and it ended up making the outlet to deep for the cover plate to sit on it appropriately. Trimmed these down and used the longer screws included which brought the box out just far enough to get the plate back on and call the room done!

These are amazing, so quick and easy to use. A little on the pricey side but honestly they save me tons of time so it’s totally worth it. I recommend them for any electrician or handyman working on older homes.

The package only came with 6 full extenders (it’s supposed to come with 8) and one extender was already cut, so I received a used pack when I ordered it new.I also did not receive any screws to go with the extenders (which are supposed to be included) so I can’t even use them. I am very disappointed because it seems like it would have been a good product.

It's a simple and easy solution to extending my outlets. Follow the instructions. I (being a man) didn't and cut my pieces too short and thought it was the fault of the product lol
