Over all great shower kit. The wall panels could use a flange on the bottom to lock/ or secure walls to base. I also would have like to see a better base design! The instructions are easy to follow and read. Shower door is awesome and works great! I’m 6’3†245 lbs the 38†shower has plenty of room for me to shower! Very satisfied with this product

Very difficult to install. The stationary half round panel comes with rail already attached to glass. That rail has to be attached to the header and curb with a lateral screw. then you have to try to get 2 rounded metal parts with glass attached through a small door the lift in place to top of curb. If the designer had to install he may understand the challenges. Same can be said about the shower walls. Very flimsy. There is no designed area to secure the shower walls to bathroom wall. direction suggest glue the 2 walls using a Styrofoam or wood Planck.

This kit isn't bad per se, and it certainly looks nice once installed, but the manufacturer clearly cut some quality corners to save costs and/or increase profits.Firstly, the included hardware for assembly is cheaply made crap. I had two screws break during assembly and I was hand-driving as the instructions call for, so they weren't overtorqued, overheated, or crossthreaded. I had to drill them out and then extract them with a screw extractor. Do yourself a favor, when you get this kit take all the hardware down to your local hardware store and match it with quality made stainless steel, then buy that. A big extra headache, but I did so and it was worth it.OK, onto the poorly written instructions. They treat frame component "A", the top and bottom door tracks, with a single label as though they are interchangeable. THEY ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE, THEY ARE SIDE SPECIFIC. There is a pre-installed door bumper (referenced in a non-assembly-step note in the instructions, but NO IMAGE SHOWN) on these tracks that, if they are installed on the wrong ends of the frame, will keep you from being able to close the shower door. Additionally, there is a single drilled hole on each track for a small clamp that holds the non-door glass panel in the frame. If these pieces are installed inversely, the hole will be covered by the glass itself and you will have no way to clamp it in place. I'm very detail oriented and a veteran of many home reno projects, so luckily I caught this before it caused me a headache. Most won't. This is a really boneheaded design on OVE's part - the correct way to do this is to pre-drill the door track pieces with mounting locations for the door bumpers and clamps on both ends so they are truly interchangeable, then simply have the installer mount those components as part of the process.For $1300+ I expected better quality. The base must be set in mortar or cement rather than simply placed and shimmed as high quality units install. The included hardward is breakable with hand tools. The instructions inaccurately list non-interchangeable components as being the same piece and have poor or entirely absent detail visuals for several items that can be installed backwards or upside down.It's half-assing to preserve profit margins. For the money, this kit should be better than it is. About the only strong point is the looks. It's certainly a slick looking unit once everything is set up.

I ORDERED THIS UNIT FROM AMAZON.COM & THE BASE WAS MISSING. I CONTACTED AMAZON & THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER AFTER 6 HOURS OF GOING BACK & FORTH CONTACTING BOTH AMAZON & THE MANUFACTURER I ENDED UP HAVING TO PURCHACE ANOTHER BASE FROM THE MANUFACTURER ANOTHER ( $ 325.00) THEY KEPT PLAYING THE BLAME GAME ON EACH OTHER RATHER THAN MAKING IT RIGHT WITH ME (THE CUSTOMER) FINALLY AFTER CONTACTING AMAZON AGAIN FOR THE 15TH TIME I GOT A SUPERVISIOR ON THE PHONE HE SAID HE WOULD REFUND THE ORDER I CAN SEND THE UNIT BACK & RE-ORDER IT AGAIN. MEAN WHILE THE CONTRACTOR HAS ALREADY TORE OUT MY OLD SHOWER SO NOW IM LEFT WITH OUT A SHOWER UNTIL THE NEW BASE COMES IN 7 TO 10 DAYS, THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FROM BOTH COMPANIES... AMAZON HAS NOW REFUNDED ME THE COST OF THE UNIT & HAS TOLD ME TO KEEP THE UNIT AND NOT TO SEND IT BACK.

Had damage from factory, Amazon gave 30% discount so I would not ship back to vendor . Amazon is the best product is marginal .

Very confusing instructions. Built in shelves very small. 32' corner unit was very small for any adult. Things did not fit together as needed. Ended up getting a custom shower built.
