Nice addition to my surround sound. Replaced the really cheap speakers that came with my system

Amazing Speakers and Package for a small room monitor. Paired them with a vintage Yorx I had owned in 1988, so these were perfect for a small tape and radio setup. For good sub, i have my PC anyway.

I purchased these (did not get them for free like most of the other reviewers as of the date of this posting) to play back low-level background music for my dogs when I’m not home (think elevator music, escape channel on the Sirius/xm). I have them hooked to a small amp that uses a TDA7375A Stereo Power Amplifier chip (Class A/B) that is about 12 watts/channel, signal supplied by an amazon Echo line level out. After being broken-in for a few days (they sound a bit aggressive/honky out of the box) they manage to sound really decent. The “tweeter†is more like a full range driver, due to this they have a very clear treble and an extremely good sound stage. The speakers sound much larger than they are. They also manage to have bass that is in line, level wise with the treble, almost like a smart speaker with DSP. The speakers are rear ported, although I’ve not taken them apart, I think both the mini woofer (bottom driver) and the full range speaker (top driver) share the same acoustic space (whatever works I guess). For the price they are a pretty good deal (assuming you don’t have crazy expectations). It's hands down better than the Micca COVO-S - the worst speaker I've ever purchased from amazon.

Very good sound quality bass packs a punch for such a tiny box. Great for home audio but it would be nice if it could handle more wattage. Plug and play setup and quality rivals $1000 systems

First things first - temper your expectations. I bought these for $40, although they go on sale as low as $28. For the price, they are fantastic satellite speakers for a desktop setup. I personally like these more than Micca Covo-S. Unless the form factor of cubes is necessary, these have much better mids and highs. They have no booming issues that the Covos have.Paired with a small passive or active subwoofer, they are a perfect desktop setup. I could see these used as surrounds, but not as mains in a living room setup.Again, for what these are and intended to be, they are the best sub-$50 speakers you can buy new on Amazon. They are not all-in-one and there are much better speakers in the $50-$150 range. But the form factor is unmatched right now for the value and quality.

Strong, clear quality sound. I’m using them with my old reliable 20watt amp and a cd-player. Very happy with these speakers.

Great little speakers.. I have them hooked to a little cheap blue tooth amp/receiver thing from here for like $15…. Won’t play loud enough for a backyard party or anything but plenty loud enough for in my shed…. Surprisingly has decent bumpy bass sound and not tinny sounding like I expected..*edit…. After using these a few weeks, I’m very impressed and pleased…. I listen to mostly Texas country and these lil things sound great in my shed…. Plenty of punchy bass..(I have the 4†woofer size). I was planning to add a sub but it’s not needed at all…. They sound great by themselves..

Got these speakers because a got a faulty speaker in a Monoprice 5.1.2 package. Manufacturer didn't have a replacement and only option they'd give me is to return the full system. So I bought these gems.I'm no audiophile and it wouldn't be fair to compare to far more expensive speakers. For the money paid, they work great as surround speakers. In fact, was watching some movie and there was a bit of a jump scare from behind in it. The surround sound kinda had become part of the soundscape. Well, in the scene, the action was approaching from the right rear. KATHUMP from the right rear speaker. Surprised expletives were exclaimed. Then laughter. My friend said she forgot the speaker was back there. LOL. Perfect! The listing of the product could be a little more helpful regarding mounting. There's a diamond shaped mounting that didn't really work well with my Sanus speaker stand keyhole hardware. Fortunately, there are multiple mounting options with the included hardware. I took and M5 screw that was included and used that. The head of the screw and diameter of screw itself made for an effective mount. I didn't have any M5 nuts or wingnuts to secure things, so 3D printed a couple to tide me over until a trip to a big box hardware store or to make an Amazon order. Once I get a proper fixture, will be great. Of course, all this is N/A if just sitting them on an end table. Also to note, my speaker wires were fit with flex pin connectors for the speakers I replaced. These speakers didn't work with flex pins attached to the wires. Thought here we go again. Ugh. Took the connectors off, raw dogged the bare wire into the speaker connectors and... YAHTZEE! If ya use flex pins, ya may need to take them off for these speakers. Worked like a champ once I did.Doubt these would be great as L/R mains for a home theater set-up, but might suffice as mains in a smaller room. But for me, as rear surrounds, I'm very happy. I don't see needing to upgrade them anytime soon.Hope this review helps you with your small speaker buying decision. Take care. :)
