**Efficient and Versatile: A Must-Have Patch Panel for Network Setups**I recently installed the Patch Panel 4 Port Keystone Network UTP/STP Blank Patch Panel, and it has exceeded my expectations. Its compatibility with Cat7, Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat5E cables makes it incredibly versatile. The 1U design is compact yet robust, fitting seamlessly into my network setup. Installation was straightforward, thanks to the clear labeling and sturdy construction. The panel's ability to accommodate both UTP and STP cables ensures optimal performance and flexibility. Overall, this patch panel is a reliable and efficient solution for organizing and managing network connections, making it an essential addition to any professional or home network environment. Highly recommended!

This product saved me from re-pulling CAT5e cable all the way across the house. After recent living room remodel, cables were not long enough to reach network jack behind TV. It was in a really bad location above fireplace. I was able to take it back to a more pleasant position and tie into old short cables. Using standard quick ports and short patch cable. This consolidated a exiting baseboard connection, (2 ports), into this device and allowed for the patch through to fireplace. Very rugged with hardware to mount, even to DIN rail if needed. I would recommend to friends.

our home network is more complicated than it should be, and we added an in-law suite and workshop a few years ago and our mechanical room became a mess of cat 5/6 cables coming into my router and switch and POE jacks etc and so I decided I wanted to clean that mess up. It’s nice to have a patch panel where all the wires coming out of the wall can terminate here and then I can label and connect things as I need to. I didn’t want or need a full size cabinet rack. This mounts to the wall and is perfect for the home or small office.

This thing is a pain to install with keystone jacks. I used the Cable Matters Cat 6 keystones and they bow side to side and don't sit flush. There isn't enough room to have a fully straight shot of the keystones. The way to disconnect the top panel is kind of a pain since it holds on that "shielded layer" which you have to ground is also screwed in with the top panel to run cables. That shielded layer has to be completely removed to insert keystones since they need to be angled in to clip them. They don't latch easily and you are going to be bending your expensive Cat 6 to put it in this layer. You then will have to make sure you ran your wires organized to clip into the back of the patch panel (nice feature though). It's pretty hefty, learning on the side of heavy. I can't find many more options for 8 port patch panels this cheap so that's the only reason I gave it more than 1 star. In my opinion find something else that would be easier to install.

I got this patch panel to connect a few networking cables together. I installed this panel into my attic space and connected my Ethernet cables into this so that I can merge all of my cables into one wire using a POE powered switch. This patch panel was very simple to install, and I really like that it has wall mounting holes on the back side. My keystones have been fitting very well into the patch panel and lock into place well. I also like that this comes with a cover to keep all of my cables safe. It is also nice that each able has a mini strain relief on the back side to keep them from getting pulled out. I didn't use the grounding screw and cable, but that is a nice bonus to have. I also love that it comes with a little white space to write the name and location of each cable.

This is a sturdy enclosure, fits together well and works as expected. This is a nice little size that can function as a complete standalone rack. Doesn't come pre-populated with any keystones or blanks (which was fine for my usage).

This is sturdy and well made. It's a little hard to get apart, but that's good once all the wires or in it. I have this mounted on my workbench for easy access to my network drops. Connections are easy to swap out with the cable clamps inside but mine will likely stay just as it is. I may grab another to expose some ports for my custom gaming box. Nice and small, it will fit inside or mounted to the back. Very nice, will likely have a few more of these soon.
