Got these for me and my fiancé's computers as right now they are in a room where our cats have to put up in at night. They get warm after use so of course kitties want to sleep on them, both out pwr buttons are on top and we came in many mornings to the computers being turned on. These little covers work amazingly! The hinges are sturdy have had these a few months already and they are still as strong, no loosening and the cats can't get them opne which is great.

We live in a manufactured home and our cabinets are more shallow than standard cabinets. Our standard size dishwasher sits level with the edge of the counter top and we were constantly leaning against the dishwasher button powering it on. This was a very inexpensive solution to our problem. Glue dots seem to be adhering, but we have not used the dishwasher since we affixed the covers, so I will update later, if I have any issues.

My orange makes it his life's mission to step on the power button when I'm doing digital work or in the middle of a game. Many of times I have been time-banned from online gaming because the manufacturer of the case put the button on top. You can't tell a cat what to do, so I had no choice but to invest in one of these. Now my orange cat cannot get me kicked out of dead by daylight because he wants to be sitting on my tower.

Cat doesn't seem to approve since she can't turn off the PC anymore to get my attention, but at least I have no more feline-induced restarts to my PC during raid nights in WoW.

The minute I plugged it in, I could feel the strip getting hot! I bought this for under my bed for safety in the middle of the night. I left it plugged in for not even 5 minutes more. It was hot to the touch and I feel is not safe.
