This think is small. It doesn't allow the amount of air through it that my fan is rated for. If you have a tiny grow closet, this may work for you, but if you have more than a 4'x4' room, you'll need bigger.It does make air nice and clean.

Well, I will say this, I needed a filter, hence me ordering one, I expected it to work, not to cause more problems. I had a floor I had to get steamed cleaned from the carbon dust that should not have been in there, should have been pieces not powder, that cost almost $100, then I had to go and buy an ADDITIONAL filter because there was no carbon left in the one your store sent because it was only dust, and that cost ANOTHER $70 from a local store. So from the 39.99 purchase I made from this store, not only do I NOT have a working filter but I am out an additional $170. NOT HAPPY AT ALL... So let's add this up, $40 useless filter, $100 cleaning charge, $70 NEW filter = $210.00 for a $40 dollar filter, plus the headache my wife gave me for almost ruining a carpet and time spent running around town looking for a new filter. WOW what an experience. Normally I would just eat it and walk away and never buy from this store again but $210 for a 40 filter is ridiculous.

Filter works excellent. I installed it in my grow cabinet and it not only filtering the air in that but the entire area around my cabinet is fresher feeling and smelling.

Junk Filter. Must be old stock . When I opened the box pull the filter out. The pre-filter was cover with carbon dust. Had to wash pre-filter and rinse the filter out before using. Don't waste your money on this size filter. Spend a little more and get the next bigger size. You will save money in the long run. I when out and got me a 8 by 20 carbon (only because I was so mad about wasting the money on this on) and it was the best money I sent. Just knowing that I will not have to replace it for a year of so. So think before you buy. You all take care now....MA

Not a true 10" filter. Overall length is 9.5in with the filter portion less than 8in

Absolutely worthless! Does nothing at all to cover smells. Just don't bother with this one, it truly doesn't work. Spend another 20$ and get a decent one. I actually pulled out the one I used 2 yrs ago (appolo) and it works much better STILL than this one. Not trolling, just being real!
