Matched with Pertonix 1844A igniter works really well on an 8N converted to 12 volts negative ground. However, the first one I got had oil all over and the box was soaked. Amazon replacement process was great and the replacement was there the next day. With a carburetor cleaning, the tractor starts on the first crank.
