My dog decided to take a jaunt around the town for seven-eight hours, and we were so worried about him. When he made it home, we decided right away we needed something better than just a training collar. So we decided to try this! It is so nice.You’re able to hook it up to a collar, we attached to my dogs training collar, and it syncs up to my phone! We’re able to see exactly where he is on the find my phone app. If he goes somewhere we can’t see or we need to find his exact location, you can start beeping mode and it’ll beep louder and louder until you turn it off!Another really great feature to this is you can turn on most mode; and in lost mode if someone finds him and presses the button, my information is given for them to be able to contact me/know my location. It a complete positive with no negatives right now, and we’ve had it for about a week and we’ve had no more problems with our dachshund getting out to go play with the other puppies. Love this!

Some stuff you buy on here for trackers is made for some 1/2" wide collars which are maybe for tiny dogs. If you got a large dog which roams, well, usually you're out of luck. This on the other hand is made for large collars for large dogs. Perfect if you have large working dogs that roam in the countryside and you want to get an idea of where they wander to. So far, my dog is pretty lazy and just goes behind the neighbors house at night. Nothing spectacular.

As an Android user I bought this to use with my smart home so that my dog doesn't set off some automations. So far it works just fine with ESP32, Espresense, and Home Assistant.The tracker is square and fits inside the holder very well. In the photo I already have the tracker in the holder. The tracker also comes with a small fob and a keyring if you want to use it in other ways.

I have to say I was a bit skeptical at this price point but this thing works just fine. It's easy to set up with the Apple Find My app which came preinstalled on my phone and I was able to share the device with my wife's phone as well. I turned it on, paired it with the app, inserted it in the holder, put it on the dog's collar and she was all set. Great value for the money.
