This product was easy to put together and holds up well but my cat doesn’t like it or use it it’s not a manufacturer problem my cat just is not fond of it

It is well known that cats are picky, I think mine might be the most bougie. Feels like half my mental energy is spent trying to please them. They relentlessly scratch my couch and chairs, and I was looking for an option. This is the perfect size, stands up perfectly, has rubber traction pads to put on the bottom, and is long enough for them to fully stretch out and scratch. It would be the perfect solution........ but my cats don't like touching it. It's a scratchy, sisal rope/burlap texture, great for scratching nails. But their delicate paw pads are too soft apparently. Don't worry, I wont learn my lesson, I'll buy them something else next month.

Too disappointed with the build quality of this scratching post for the money. My kitten is about 8lbs and the product could not withstand the weight (I guess). The horizontal wooden slat of the L shape scratcher was broken in about 10days (my kitten wasn’t even using it as often as her older scratching post). However, one star for the easy and quick assembly and the cute feathered mouse toy (my kitten loved playing with it). Also, the size is perfect, but very disappointed with the build quality.

My cat loves it! It's a great size for her to fully stretch on and use to scratch. Easy to put together and with the command strips sticks to the wall easily and removes any noise from it moving or sliding out of place. It's purfect!

Wouldn't recommend. One of the dowels, a crosspiece, could not be secured because the holes didn't line up. I had to drill an extra hole through the wood, and it still is t secure. There is not a hard surface behind scratching cloth, it is stretched between the top and bottom dowel, so the cats don't seem to trust it since it moves around. They are not using it. I have five cats to test it on… None of them are using it. All of them prefer the posts wrapped in sisal rope that have heavy bases.

I purchased this to place in an area that my cat tends to go to scratch and it worked perfectly! I was a little overwhelmed when it delivered in 10 pieces but it was super easy to put together.
