The automatic litter box I ordered didn’t come with step. This works beautifully. It catches all the excess litter and it falls through the grate. I have a kitten, an adolescent cat and an old man cat, all three have zero issues using the step. It’sa little pricey but worth the money.

All of the petkit products are pretty expensive but when you're already in this deep you just keep going.I have 2 of the litter boxes and 3 water fountains.That being said, this is perfect to help grab litter off of paws as soon as they exit the litterbox. I have a larger mat underneath as well but this thing was a total game changer.I was super hesitant to purchase due to price. It's really overpriced. But it does help keep litter at bay. I've noticed much less litter getting tracked around the house. I want to order a second one for my other litterbox but I'm hoping they have a sale soon.And I don't have a problem spending money on good items. Like I said, I have 2 of the automatic litter boxes. But it needs to make sense. It makes sense that the litter boxes are expensive. But for this piece of plastic to be almost a quarter of the price of the litterbox it's completely insane.

He had arthritis and had difficulty climbing into the PetKit box. This helped immensely. As there are other issues that come with a senior cat, the ramp does come apart for cleaning or you can put a litterbox liner in it to make cleanup even easier. When I was searching for an automatic litterbox, I rejected several as the opening was to high for a senior cat. Some of these designers don't seem to realized that cats also suffer from old age and can't do the things they did when they were younger. I'm not currently using the ramp as my Salem has past. However, I will bring it back out when my other cat shows difficulty with entering the box.

Simple but revolutionary nothing else like it. Sleek modern appearance and extremely functional. Only problem is the raised grate face the same direction as the cat is supposed to jump so their claws slip on the grate when they try to jump instead of gripping the grate making it literally unusable for 3 different cats. When I turn it sideways all 3 are able to use it perfectly. Sucks that they didn't notice this.

It was larger than expected but also better than expected. Well made. Should help catch litter fromPaws as cats leave the litter box and walk down it.When they don’t run out as if they’re being chased by the hounds. Cats are contrary but this step should handle either sort of exit.

Our 3 cats are our children so we tend to have very very high standards when it comes to buying things for them. We have the Pura X model and use the Okocat wood litter with it. We previously used the large Kong scratching ramp purchased from Chewy as a “ladder†for them to get inside. Since the Kong ramp mainly functions as a scratching post it did NOT do well with catching the wooden litter, even though the Pura X has the mat with it. Litter was always left everywhere even though we have a robot vacuum going off 1x daily. It was pretty annoying. The Kong scratching ramp finally gave out and so I decided to give this a whirl instead of buying the Petkit ramp. Cats had no issues using it and it worked immediately trapping all the litter!! It of course doesn’t catch ALL of the litter but it definitely trapped 90% - 95% of it. It’s easy to empty the litter out for re-use and so easy to clean. I highly highly recommend! It’s totally worth the cost.

It’s pricey, but it does the exact job it’s intended to do and catches almost all the litter. Looks great outside my puramax. I will say it’s a relatively large step, but it’s not larger than the mat that comes with the puramax. My cat also enjoys it as he wipes his feet with the grates when he exits.
