Price Pfister Treviso Series 26 model - this diverter was the answer to the poor water flow both from the faucet and the sprayer. It saved me from parting from a beautiful faucet. I bought a second one for future use since my faucet set was discontinued years ago.

The hardest part of this whole process for me was disconnecting the hoses from the old diverter. You need to push the hose toward the diverter and then pull the small ring that is on the hose towards the diverter to release the coupling. Also any water that is in the lines will come down on you so have towels under the sin to catch the water. Once removed, installation is easy. I did use a needlenose plier to install the clip on the union of the faucet and this made it easy to push it on. Once installed it worked great. Good luck.

Exactly what was needed to get full water pressure from the faucet again.

Fits like it is supposed to and took care of the previously sticky valve problem.

We’ll I didn’t need the whole piece. I needed the gray little plug in the end and the “O” ring inside. I took the gray piece and “O” ring and installed it in my kitchen sink faucet and that stopped the leak. It worked Great!!

Easy to change. Do not even have to turn off the water. Not sure why something so simple goes bad. I have had to replace this part several times over 10 years. Otherwise it works perfectly.

Short story - It works for our Mariella faucet and costs a small fraction of the cost to replace the whole sink set with the same thing.Longer version - Our Marielle faucet was probably 10 years old. The water pressure went down and down. We flushed everything and got the sprayer's flow to work, but not the faucet. We've been using the sprayer for everything now. Problem is that sometimes the sprayer sticks on and we "wash" the room. BTW, lubricant helps that for a week or two at a time. Ugh. But the upside was that we narrowed the pressure issue to this diverter. Found it in the Pfister specks. Our old one was white, but this black version is the same part. The problem was getting the old one off. Here is what we did. FIRST TURN OFF THE HOT AND COLD WATER SUPPLY VALVES. For us we used the knobs under the sink. Then used a strong screwdriver and lots of pressure to pull out the metal clip out of the diverter. This releases the diverter from the faucet above. For the side post connecting to the handle, it is designed so you push the plastic round piece towards the hose while pulling the diverter out. We used a flathead screwdriver and a wrench to help push the plastic in. Not sure which tool helped better. But it worked... eventually. Now the diverter was only attached at its bottom to the sprayer hose. This allowed us to pull the diverter out from under the sink to see what we were doing. For the bottom opening, the round plastic piece pushes in toward the diverter and the metal tube to the sprayer comes out (opposite from the side to the handle). However our round piece there had cracked. We tried many things to make it work. Eventually we carefully used a manual hacksaw to saw off the top 2/3 of the diverter at the narrow point. Then made 2 cuts diagonally in the stub (from either side) until it cracked off the metal tube.To reinstall, first wipe away any crud or plastic "sawdust." Test putting the metal clip into the top slots in the new diverter. Take the clip out for now. Next push bottom of the new diverter onto sprayer tube/hose. Next PUT THE NEW O-RING in the top of the new diverter. Push the diverter up onto the underside of the faucet. Position it so the side post is pointed towards the handle mechanism. Put the metal clip in place; apply serious pressure to the elbow of the clip (I used the groove in the side of my screwdriver handle to help); and adjust the position of the diverter until the clip slips into place. If you get the positioning right, it does seem to slip in. Now push the tube for the handle onto the side post. TESTING: Turn on cold water valve, watch for leaks under the sink. If good, turn on the faucet and check for leaks again. If that is good, do the same with the hot water. We had a few drips actually at each valve. Turning them each on all the way helped.Because of the cracked plastic, we spent far too long on did-assembly (12 hours?). But it was worth it. Now we are trying to get used to so much water!

Buying this diverter was my last hope to fix a low pressure kitchen sink. I had replaced all the other components without fixing it. This piece was incredibly easy to install, requiring only a pair of pliers to pull off the licking clip. The quick disconnects allow for easy install and in total was up in running in less than 5 minutesBottom line: if you have low pressure in your kitchen sink, try this first. It’s a cheap and quick repair that will likely fix your problem!

Replaced this piece for a kitchen faucet that was dribbling out water and now it’s back to normal. Initially thought it was the cartridge, but turns out it was the diverter.Super happy that this was the quick fix rather than having to replace the entire faucet.
