The first thing that caught my eye when I had bought a previous snake cable from Phenyx Pro, was the attractive packaging. It’s just not something I’m used to when buying this type of item off of Amazon. I have put this little snake cable through its paces and it has held up wonderfully. I run a small sound company and can’t afford to have items that will fail when I need them the most, so I tend to torture test items like this before they get put into the rotation. I have to say I’m impressed. The TRS ends have a nice hefty feel to them. The have fit nice and firmly into every input and output I have tried. The cable itself has some heft to it as well. It will definitely take an accidental tug. They claim it’s 24 Gauge but it feels much heavier thanks to a very nice and hefty jacket. The strain relief also works quite well. While the cable is color coded, they have also included numbered markers on them as well. This has come in very handy. Especially under stage lights that change the cable color. I have dealt with this company before and I can tell you that their customer service is as good if not better than anyone else in the business. They will be my first choice in the future when it comes to smaller low count patch snakes. Highly recommended product from a solid company.

TRS Snake works perfectly for running my 4 channel IEM system. Perfect length for fitting snuggly inside of my rolling rack system. There is no buzz or sixty cycle hum coming through. As long as it is long lasting it is a very solid purchase and from my experience with this company so far if there is ever an issue it will be replaced. Solid purchase.

The item reviewed is a 10 Ft Snake Cord with 4, 1/4 inch balanced TRS Patch Cords. They are color-coded and number tagged. The cables are heavily insulated and made w/24 AWG OFC Copper. The item is offered by Phenyx.I gave this snake a 4 only because it needed just a bit more QC before packaging as the TRS tips were all loose. Once tight, everything seemed fine with good sound quality. There is, however, good attention to detail with the numbered tags and color coding which makes identifying and routing quick and easy. I can recommend this item.

I recently ordered the Phenyx Pro 4-Channel TRS Cable, 6 Ft Snake Cord for my home recording studio, I have been working on making my studio more efficient and to do so I needed more cable snakes. First off, the construction of this cable is good. It feels sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence that it will last for years in my Recording studio. The shielding on this cable is sufficient; I didn't experience any noise or interference during my sessions, which is crucial for professional audio work.The connections are also well crafted. Each TRS plug is snug and secure, always ensuring a reliable connection. If you do have an issue with the connections they can be unscrewed and you can fix them if you have some basic knowledge of how to soldier wires. The color-coded design is an appreciated feature, making setup and troubleshooting much easier - no more confusion over which channel is which! I do usually add tags on my cables with numbers but the colors will make the process of tracking which cable I need even faster. The 6-foot length is just right for my studio setup, allowing enough room to connect my mixer to my patchbay without excess cable clutter or the cables being too short and making tight connections. If you're looking for a dependable, well-constructed TRS cable solution for your recording environment, this Phenyx Pro cable is worth considering.

Phenyx Pro 4-Channel TRS Cable, 10 Ft Snake Cord, TRS Patch Wire, Balanced 1/4-Inch Cable, Color-Coded, 4-in-1 Design, 1/4" Audio Cord w/24 AWG OFC Copper (PCBL-QR4IN1-10) this is a very well made 4 channel snake that is long on functionality and a great value for the money. It sounds great and is well made. all materials feel durable and it seems well put together. It has both color coded ends as well as channel tags for ease of use. It serves me well in my home studio and I recomend you take a look if you need a good multi core cable.
