Electrically, this outlet extender is functioning well for me. I have 5 power adapters for various electronic devices so that's why I bought it. But, when I initially tried to plug it in, it didn't want to go all the way into the wall outlet. The prongs on the outlet could be partially seen, so I knew something had to be done. (Because of where I needed it to be plugged in, I had to use a GFCI outlet). I unplugged it and tried it in a "regular" outlet, and it worked just fine. On closer inspection, I discovered that the ground pins on a standard outlet and this adapter are 1-1/2" apart. On my GFCI outlet the distance between the brass ground pins is 1-7/16". 1/16" makes a difference. So, I no choice but to cut off the phenolic pin on the adapter (voiding its warranty and the ability to return it), which was okay, and now it plugs in just fine. In my opinion, this adapter should not have been made with the phenolic pin. It really doesn't add much stability to the adapter.

Appears to be a quality item and helps with the lack of enough outlets in an area. Seems all the new construction has bare minimum of outlets when everyone has more and more to plug in. The design allows for the use of those power bricks that normally blocks you from using the second outlet.

This is a good outlet, only wish it was a bit more stable. It can wiggle a bit at the bottom since it does not have any support going into the bottom outlet. But it works great and much better than our previous one.

This is an excellent outlet extender, and I connect a lot of power cords to it without issue. It has a clean modern look and works well for the price. A USB outlet would have been nice but not necessary.~ Kort

Be careful if you order this with intent on installing over a ground fault outlet. The screw obviously won't work and if you put too much weight on it, it will fall out of the outlet. Works well for us.

Its overall unique design allowing for odd shaped transformer blocks, while still allowing room for standard plugs, plus USB and all with surge protection. When I found this item, I ordered it right away. Not only does it expand my outlets, it also has its own built in surge protector, thereby doubling, and not compromising, the safety. Excellent in most respects. You can really use the six outlets even with large plugs really awesome.

This is a well-designed unit, with a single live ground pin to reduce ground loops and solid mounting and plugs. I like the angled plug faces which facilitate using some wall-warts that would otherwise block the next space over as on flat 2-in 6-out units, or that can't be plugged in on the side-facing output ones. Good product! I would buy again; recommended.

Llegó en tiempo y forma, con un embalaje sencillo, pero no sé necesita gran protección para éste profucto.Es excelente ésta torre de múltiples tomas, aparte es corta corriente en caso de sobrevoltaje, el primero lo compre en enero del 2020 para proteger mi tele nueva, ya que se dañó recién comprado por un cambio brusco de voltajes, y aparte obtuve más tomas (conecto un ventilador, laptop y cargo célular y tablet al mismo tiempo), me encantó tanto el diseño y las múltiples tomas que compre otro ese mismo año, pero ahora para conectar mi refri y diferentes aparatos electrodomésticos (licuadora, batidora y cafetera). Ahorita que escribo la reseña, ya tengo un año con el primero y medio año con el segundo adaptador, ya han sufrido muchos cambios de voltaje, mi tele no se ha vuelto a dañar, el refri ni ha sentido esos cambios. Me encantó todo, desde el diseño hasta la funcionalidad, el único punto malo que le encuentro, es que es débil la entrada del cargador a la pared, osea si quieres desconectar algo, a fuerza tienes que con una mano sostener el cargador y con la otra jalar la clavija, por que si no te traes todo el cargador y pues se desconectan los demás aparatos, me parece que trae un tornillo para mayor fijación a la pared, pero nunca se lo puse, no me es inconveniente tener que estar sosteniendolo cada que desconecto algo.Lo mejor de esto fue el precio, los conseguà en aprox 150 cada uno, es regalado el precio para todos los beneficios que se obtienen, aunque si tuviera que pagar el precio original lo harÃa, por qué aun asà es el más económico de todos los que se encuentran aquà en Amazon.

Cumple con su función principal qué es tener más tomacorrientes de un sólo par.Tiene qué tener un toma corriente doble con entradas a tierra para al final obtener uno con 4 conexiones más.Sigo sin entender cual es la función del botón respeto ya qué no impide el paso de la electricidad.De hay en más es un excelente Producto.
