The readings are always off . Fluctuate all over the place . I’ve used it numerous times to measure kangen water . It only came in the expected range once . I often would calibrate it as well . It’s not reliable .

I had ordered 02 units from India and got it delivered to my friend in US who was on a short visit. After a week when I checked I found both defective and no way out to return it .Suggest not to do the same . And never buy this product from Amazon. Never buy especially this product since they have sold it either defective or don't test or callibrate it. So no QA/QC . Don't take the risk of loosing your money to drain....Regrets.....

This was surprisingly accurate. It does take a few seconds for the ORP to stop moving but is very accurate Once it lands on the Final number.

It gets very annoying, when trying to move forward after reading the instructions, calling for assistance, and this meter is still not accurate on what's to be expected for easy usage. I have to keep calling.

 I finally found a product that is easy to use, reliable, and accurate. The components of the kit are a bonus and a great price.Monitoring my water is important to assure me it is the healthiest it can be, and in determining if my Kangen filtration system is giving me the benefits I am looking for. I have also used it for measurement in my salt water tank. It is easy to use and the data is easy to read. This is a "MUST HAVE" product.                     Â
