I’m a baker and my hand would get really tired with poking holes in the bottom of my piecrust so I decided to purchase this item and see how it worked and I love it. I’m just gotta find one that’s about an inch and a half not as wide but great product fun to use..

Great tool. Bought for docking pizza dough but discovered it works well with puff pastry recipes, too. Rolling it across the pastry before assembly gives pretty, perfectly patterned piercing and helps the dough release steam during baking. Very pleased.

i know it says pizza dough in the description, i guess they literally mean this item is best for pizza dough ONLY. i needed it for docking pie dough. the only way it will work for pies is to fock before lining it in the pie tin. also the little teeth in the combs are pretty fragile, i can tell they'll break easily bc one of the 'teeth' was broke in shipping. guess I'll keep using my fork! 😂

It's really great for being a bit on the cheaper side, price wise. From the first use you will simply love it, if you are a baker. If you make your own crackers as I do, this is a must. It's not just for pizza dough. Great for home made tortilla chips, etc. etc.

Not happy I over paid! It works good but to see they lowered the price without offering me a discount and to return it would cost me the $6 I would have saved.Find a Seller that appreciates your business!There are lots of these online. By the way its not silicone its plastic!
