I have not used this yet but I know it's going to work wonderfully. Has some heft to it. It is well made, not cheap feeling at all.

This pie crust roller is perfect for small batches of rolled cookies and making hand pie crusts. The wood handle is sturdy and you are able to really get a good grip when rolling dough. This is now a frequent go to kitchen utensil for me!

I actually did buy this to flatten out canned biscuits so I can stuff them with all kinds of different ingredients. My own little hot pockets if you will. This little roller is perfect for this. I was just using my fingers and pressing out the dough before, but this simplifies it immensely. It's so much quicker. Just what I wanted. It seems well made and I haven't had any issue with it yet and hopefully not at all. Time will tell.

It's great help for my home made "rohliky". Regular dough roller is too clumsy and heavy, this make perfect job. Lightweight and dough does not stick to it. Love it!
